I’m the CEO and founder of Manta Health, a health and wellness company primarily selling a newly-designed foam roller.

What challenge were you trying to address with MarginBusiness ltd.?

I needed help in Amazon marketing and advertising. I want to boost my sales and make sure I’m not missing out on any strategies that can benefit my company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

My Amazon page is already set up, and Margin is providing tweaks and optimizations on my account. They create content, and they work on photos, branding information, and posters. Additionally, they help us with our copy and make sure we hit all the keywords in our targeted markets. 

Margin has set up three new advertising campaigns to help facilitate sales and growth. They combine my product images and stock pictures in creating posters, templates, and explainers. 

Once every two weeks, someone will log in to my Amazon page to check our campaigns. They’ll make minor corrections if necessary.

I work primarily with Omar (CEO) and Emilie (COO), but they have a whole team working for them.

They were recommended to me. 

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent between $700–$750. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2021, and it’s ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

It’s too early for us to give quantitative metrics at this point. That said, the Helium 10 rating of our Amazon page increased from seven out of 10 to 10 out of 10. 

How did MarginBusiness ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

Margin’s project management has been incredibly efficient. They conduct tasks very quickly, and they exceed our expectations. They’ve been very well organized throughout the process.

We communicate through email and Zoom. We use AnyDesk when they’re checking my Amazon account so that they can access my laptop remotely.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Margin’s customer service is impressive. They are incredibly knowledgeable about what they’re doing, but they’re also very efficient and responsive. In addition, they’re very good at getting back to you. Their interactions with me have been excellent.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Margin is fairly priced and good at what they do, and I’m happy with their services. I can’t think of anything that they could have improved. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You have to know exactly what you want. If you’re not sure, Margin will talk with you to see if they can help or not — they’re very honest and open about that. Have a chat with them, and you’ll know if they’re a fit for you.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the CEO and official representative of Tropicana Oil cosmetic brand for Europe. Tropicana Oil products are suitable for the whole family, cosmetic for health and beauty care. The products are made from natural bio-coconut oil, the coconuts are growing in the best palm plantations in Southern Thailand, owned by the factory itself.

The coconut oil is cold pressed by innovative technology “Kernel Coat” (coconuts are pressed together with the shell), which provides a higher content of vitamin E and antioxidants. In this way, the raw material is absorbed optimally and with minimal waste, which is then used for soil to grow fruits and vegetables, the production is environmentally friendly and without any harmful waste.

All the necessary certificates for quality and free sale in Europe are available.

We hired MarginBusiness to translate all of our 30 Products, optimize and fully localize the complete listing. Later on they have been working on our A+ Content and on the storefront as well and have updated our Listing picture.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The product listings have been translated and fully optimized and we could see an immediate impact on our sales of 100% Later on we have added PPC services and the combination they have used with the keywords have helped to boost the sales even more. But what we can confirm that the listing translation localization and listing optimization has definitely a huge impact on any listing!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was always good and fast.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We have been working togethet for a long time and we have done the complete listing optimization, translations and localization. Therefore we received an increase of sales. Most impressive working with this company is the way of communication, punctuation and real professionalism of preforming our project.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Maybe they could add different services as a completion to their current services, for example a software or a service which brings outside traffic to amazon listings.
