Marble IT has engaged in the process of research and code review, in order to understand the current state of the project and what needs to be done in order to prepare it for further development.

Technologies used were Unity and C#. After full understanding they embarked on code refactoring and bug fixing, until the code base was properly structured and the code became cleaner, meaning the project was ready for further development and easier scaling with new features.

We worked with Luka - CEO and Marko - Tech Lead, Stefan - Software Engineer. Both very professional and very responsive.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project's code base and technical organisation was significantly improved by re-structuring, implementing clean code principles, along with design patterns, SOLID principles and C# common practices. The result was that the project had progressed to a stage ready for further development, scaling and features/improvements.

The project management was great especially compared to other vendors we worked with. It ran very smoothly. We had recurring update calls and made good use of a PM system. All deadlines were met, and they always went over and above what they were meant to do.

We always had access to the team. They were very responsive and had a very professional and pleasant attitude throughout the project. Definitely experts in their field!

No, our engagement with them was perfect and are highly recommended.

I’m the CEO of Kupi Motor DOO, a specialized online marketplace for motorcycles and moto equipment, connecting buyers and sellers through advanced search and a platform built specifically for the two-wheel community.

We needed to develop our online motorcycle marketplace. Our goal was to have the platform ready in three months with all the features we needed before the big motorcycle fair in Belgrade.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Marble IT handled the full design and development of KupiMotor.rs. The team delivered a high-quality, modern platform within a tight timeline, implementing all the planned features, enhancing search functionality with AI modules, and ensuring the product was fully ready for launch on schedule. Specifically, Marble IT was responsible for implementing the full core system of the platform, including user account management, payment integration, and the integration of OpenAI-powered features with our internal database to enable advanced, intelligent search functionality.

We tracked progress through regular weekly and biweekly check-ins, where we reviewed development milestones, provided feedback, and iterated quickly, which ensured continuous alignment and steady progress toward a successful and on-time launch. Moreover, the primary success metric for us was ensuring that all the planned features were fully functional, properly tested, and working reliably at launch, which confirmed the platform was stable and ready for real users. After the platform launched, we tracked strong early traction, reaching over 30,000 unique users and more than 160,000 page views in the first month, along with around 300 active listings and onboarding three companies onto the platform.

How did Marble IT perform from a project management standpoint?

Marble IT demonstrated excellent project management throughout the process. The team was highly organized, responsive, and consistently delivered everything on time, meeting all expectations. We communicated via virtual meetings.

What impressed us the most was Marble IT’s strong understanding of our business needs and their flexibility in adapting to new ideas throughout the development process, always finding ways to accommodate and implement improvements as the project evolved.

Later, they smoothly support us with small change requests from the project stakeholders.
