As company in growth, we had management challenges including having productive pipeline, organise task and project management. Main delivery in management sense was develop suitable pipeline and workflow that will suit our team and could be scaled as we continue growing. Project had few problems with software architecture and networking. We outsourced MarbleIT developers to help us solve these problems and organise architecture to suit the project.

Most impressive was the way we felt safe and secure how MarbleIT was handling the tasks. Every solution was explained, referenced, and discussed with pros and cons. At the end, we had no doubt that MarbleIT is implementing everything they know and can to fulfil our own goals.

No, we didn't find any of those areas.

I am the Founder and CEO of Lifeboard VR. A U.S.-based company.

Our concept was to build a piece of personal productivity software that runs on Windows and Apple. The software was a complex project with Marble IT having to create custom coding solutions that works with subliminal programming for personal productivity.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Upon arriving in Novi Sad we went to four potential vendors. I have built several apps over the years and am very familiar with how to interview IT, vendors. In more than 12 years in the business--I have NEVER had happen what happened with Marble IT.

After my initial interview, I set a follow-up meeting with them less than a week later. Upon arriving I was shown a working prototype of the end product. Shocked, I immediately awarded them our contact. Their CTO had single-handedly built a working demo only "to see if what I wanted was technologically possible."

Keep in mind this was 100% speculative work. Like I said no company had ever created a piece of demo software without a signed contract. Needless to say I hired them on the spot.

At this point, we are going into beta testing. Any small issues that have come up are being tended to immediately. Super fast response time.

This is MarbleIT's strong suit. They have the communications game down. WhatsApp group, online platforms for tracking day-by-day processes, and more.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their most unique trait is they are innovative and nimble. Nothing gets bogged down. Marble IT, for me, has overturned every stone on the path to satisfying me as a customer. Honestly, they have a knack for making you feel like you're their only client--which of course you ar not.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This might sound patronizing but, I cannot think of what they could have done better or faster. As you can see my next tattoo is the Marble IT arm tattoo. ;c)

I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Netfork, a software development community that connects high-quality development teams and clients in need of software development.

Marble IT was our development team for several different projects. In few cases that included providing dedicated teams for ongoing projects, and in others, building a solution from scratch. One of the challenges was to provide a team for ongoing development of Business Management CRM. The other one was to build an MVP for business used for contact management.

This vendor was recommended to us by other partners. They left an excellent impression from the get-go, both knowledge-wise and culturally.

They have provided an agile dedicated team that was seamlessly blended into much larger team of developers, where they continually developed new features on both back end and front end. On other engagements, they have also provided all-around MVP development services, by performing discovery with UX/UI design, and developing the full solution.

Dedicated team consisted of the 5 full time, full stack developers (Angular + .NET Core) on the project where they integrated into a larger external client's team.

One of the projects is continually being used in the production by hundreds of different businesses, for a variety of their needs.

Project management was handled on the Client side.

The most impressive thing is their transparency and ease of communication about a variety of different challenges. They did not shy away from saying hard truths about any challenges they encountered, and in turn provided a great feedback loop of decision making that made whole development flow much more agile and effective.

I wouldn’t suggest anything different.

I'm a product manager at Uppiness - An interactive and fun online game that boosts happiness at work by enabling participants to learn tools and solutions from the science of happiness at work and positive psychology.

In order to turn a physical game into an online game, we need a team of developers and a technological infrastructure to develop the game

First, as a company engaged in positive psychology human connection is the main key to us. We immediately felt that there was a great team we could trust, and there was a desire to work in a productive work environment with open communication. In addition of course the professional part proved itself and the proof that we also continued to move with Marble to Phase 2 of the product.

we already sailes workshop when we use this product. players really like the UX and enjoy playing the game.

at first, we build the whole process tasks with a meeting to coordinate expectations. then decided to build sprints methods. so because our project has to be flexible so every sprint we had a planning meeting for that sprint. after 2 weeks making a meeting to make sure all the tasks were done and keep moving on like that.

Taking a product from 0 to 100 is a very impressive experience that we have with Marble IT.

I’m the CEO and co-founder of Bright Marbles Group Holding, a premium software service and digital development company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Marble IT?

We don’t have enough people to cover our products, so we created a strict program that enables us to preselect talented software developers through outsourced staff augmentation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Marble IT has become our primary outsourcing partner to supplement our many development projects. So far, we’ve hired two engineers for a forecasting platform and two frontend developers for React Native development.

They essentially provide us with the necessary manpower to support our clients for their development needs, and maximize our efforts to scale a project up or down.

I value their lean and efficient management style, very direct communication within the team as well as with external stakeholders, and flexibility when it comes to adjustments based on client dependencies. Deadlines always have been met, even if it meant to put in some extra hours.

The quality of the solution is always the top priority for everyone involved. This aligns the interest and focus of each individual involved, simplifies the communications, and just makes it fun to work together, hit the milestones, and continuously deliver great solutions.

Marble IT has engaged in the process of research and code review, in order to understand the current state of the project and what needs to be done in order to prepare it for further development.

Technologies used were Unity and C#. After full understanding they embarked on code refactoring and bug fixing, until the code base was properly structured and the code became cleaner, meaning the project was ready for further development and easier scaling with new features.

We worked with Luka - CEO and Marko - Tech Lead, Stefan - Software Engineer. Both very professional and very responsive.

The project's code base and technical organisation was significantly improved by re-structuring, implementing clean code principles, along with design patterns, SOLID principles and C# common practices. The result was that the project had progressed to a stage ready for further development, scaling and features/improvements.

The project management was great especially compared to other vendors we worked with. It ran very smoothly. We had recurring update calls and made good use of a PM system. All deadlines were met, and they always went over and above what they were meant to do.

We always had access to the team. They were very responsive and had a very professional and pleasant attitude throughout the project. Definitely experts in their field!
