International Journal of Innovative Research in Technology (IJIRT) is an open access journal that provides monthly publication of articles in all areas of Engineering.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mantrasoft India?

Being an online web research journal we wanted to have a effective website with custom flow of user experience. We wanted to have a backend system which is 100% as per our requirements.

What were your goals for this project?

Web presence and back end operations automation was our entire goal for this project.

How did you select this vendor?

They were recommended by one of our business relations. There were many vendors who were disqualified due to lack of experience in Education Industry.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They have created our website, back end operations, custom sitemap generation and provided the best possible architecture which put us ahead in the competitive advantage. Further now they are taking care of our social media marketing and promotions and technology upgrade in our other systems.

What was the team composition?

The team was lead by the Project Manager and initially we hired one dedicated web developer for a few months. The main point of contact the manager had managed things well and delivered the things on time so we have decided to ramp up the development team to 5 fully dedicated resources. Specifically said the team was balanced like 3 developers, 1 UI/UX developer and 1 content writer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The solution created by Mantrasoft India team has put us a way ahead in competition where our other competitors are struggling with technology selection. Our staff has increased the efficiency and the team can focus on the other things while the system is taking care the rest things with 100% results.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project started with the kick off meeting followed by documentation. Once the requirement was finished for phase 1 the team has shared a project plan and the project was delivered on time. They are using effective project management tools like Trello, PMS, JIRA. Every week there was a project status call arranged where we get connected over a zoom/skype meeting to see the actual progress of the project and give our inputs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Mantrasoft India is the best technology vendor we have ever worked with. The dedication of the entire team is really impressive. They take continuous feedback from our team during and after the project.

I’m the editor in chief of Solaris Publication, an online education company.

I needed someone to help me with web design and development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mantrasoft India designed and developed the front- and backend of my website using WordPress.

What is the team composition?

The project team consisted of their CEO, a business developer, and 2–3 developers.

How did you come to work with Mantrasoft India?

I found them on Google and gave them a test project. They did a great job with it so I decided to move forward with the website’s development.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $5,000–$6,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January until July 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They did a great job of providing excellent work within the established timeframe, and my business is really growing thanks to the new website. Mantrasoft India really focuses on delivering quality, and if I develop any new websites or mobile applications, I’ll contact them for sure.  

How did Mantrasoft India perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management went well. Mantrasoft India provided consistent updates and weekly calls and used Trello for tracking tasks.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Mantrasoft India guided us to make sure that we’re doing what’s good for the website.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. They’ve done a great job and I’m very happy with what they achieved for my website.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend using them as they provide 24/7 support. My site was down at 2:00 a.m. and they were available to fix it.
