Our platform has been successfully launched and is performing well. We've seen steady growth in online orders since the launch, improved customer satisfaction with the streamlined checkout process, and positive feedback from B2B customers about the catalog sharing feature.For example, online orders have increased by 65% in the first year, with monthly orders growing from 40 to 90+. Our e-commerce revenue has also grown by 80% compared to our previous sales channel. Customers rate the platform 4.7 out of 5 stars, with 92% saying they would recommend us. In addition, B2B customers now represent 35% of our total revenue.Moreover, our customer retention has improved by 45% thanks to the seamless ordering process. Our page load time has been reduced to under two seconds, and we have 99.8% uptime. Mobile traffic now represents 75% of visits, and our bounce rate has decreased by 40%. Our average checkout completion time has been reduced from 10 minutes to 90 seconds, reducing cart abandonment significantly.In addition, our company account adoption rate is 60% of business customers using the B2B pricing feature. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their work. If I had to mention something very minor, it would be that more frequent training sessions on platform features for our team would have been helpful. However, this is a small point, and they've been responsive whenever we've had questions.

So far, the results are good. We are still in the testing phase in some projects. Delivery is a little late but I think it is because there were unforeseen complications and bugs. Despite short delay, the team seems to be able to give good progress, good effort and good solutions to address unforeseen setbacks. The team is also flexible in accommodating requests that do not require too much effort.

Magenest is able to help us develop the functions and features we need and give good and efficient solutions to develop these features without too much costs and effort. Magenest also gives good advice and feedback on how we can develop new features efficiently and avoid developing features that cost too much with little benefit.

agenest was helping us to build the eCommerce system with Magento 2 and Odoo ERP solutions. For the Magento 2 site, we had a well kick-off meeting to onboard all project members and to finalize the project plan. The project was running with a sprint-based method and we got updates from Magenest frequently.

It was a quick implementation since Magenest has an experience with other sites and we had the site go-live after 2 months with all necessary functions. In 2019, we also integrated the eCommerce system with Odoo ERP to manage sales and stocks. Odoo is a great tool to manage sales from multiple channels.

Because of Magenest, I learned how to maneuver the Magento software and it helped me so much in my day to day task as the ecommerce manager. They are very reliable as we can ask for help for any issues we encounter at any time of the day.

Magenest suggests using their ERP which is Odoo to manage the project tasks. It was a profesional and effective tool that we can report every issues and track the progress. For emergency cases, we can reach to the team via Whatsapp. They are responsive so we have no issues working remotely.

They have a lot of experience in maintaining a website and working with Magento and Odoo. They are always ahead of issues/bugs/security issues we encounter. A very proactive team we have here
