1. Scope of Work: Design, develop, migrate, test, and launch a unified Media MICE website consolidating the five existing websites into one centralized, responsive, and CMS-managed platform. The solution will improve user experience, brand consistency, website performance, analytics, SEO, and content management across all Media MICE brands. 
2. Key Deliverables:
   Responsive UI/UX design for desktop, tablet, and mobile. 
   Centralized CMS with flexible content and user-role management. 
   Development of key sections: News, Magazines, Articles, Videos, Publications, Events, Agency, Professional Supporters, and Client Profiles. 
   Migration of existing articles, videos, and publications from all five websites. 
   Integration of GA4, SEO, search, social media, advertising, geo-targeting, newsletters, and notifications.
   Implementation of security, performance, accessibility, browser/device compatibility, backup, and monitoring. 
   Staging, QA, UAT, deployment, documentation, training, and post-launch support.

The project delivered several clear outcomes, including the consolidation of 4 separate websites into one unified platform, centralized content management through a single CMS, and migration of existing articles, videos, and publications. The solution was also built around measurable technical targets, including support for 3,000 concurrent users, scalability for a 50% traffic increase, and 99.9% uptime, while improving overall usability, responsiveness, and maintainability.
