I needed a brand new website and Mack Media offered great services, and within 2 months they build my website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was deciding between several agencies. But Scott and his team walked me through the entire process and gave me the assurance that the project would be done on time and within budget.

In the beginning, we had a meeting to discuss my project goals and learn about my company and what I was trying to do differently from my competitors. Then they sent me sitemaps and wireframes to plan out all the pages before sending me the design ideas. There was some back and forth until we got it looking exactly how I wanted. They then built the site with Wordpress because that’s what I had used in the past.

I worked with the creative director, Sam and a project manager, Seana. They were both very quick to respond and walked me through each step providing guidance.

The whole process was very smooth from the beginning to end.

Since it was my first website, they made me feel very confident and extremely pleased with the results.

I'm the owner/operator of For 1221 Design, LLC. We are a Graphic Design and CNC product company mainly working in the sign industry.

My website needed an overhaul. I am a Designer but don't do well with digital marketing, seo and coding. I needed more traffic and that's why I reached out to Mack Media.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Mack Media came up in my google search and after talking to Scott it was a no brainer to hire them.

We started with a phone based call which almost felt like an interview. Scott new that I wanted to expand my business and came up with a plan to market me correctly through advertising and social media. I was then set up to make my website work for me and handle all of my sites maintenance. This way I can concentrate on my business and not the site. I'm also going to have them set me up for more of an eCommerce type site in the near future.

I worked with Scott initially and then talked with Seana who got in depth with what I was looking for out of my site. Sam was a breeze to work with and we coexisted well with my vision. He took care of the of everything and dealt with me even though I could be a pain!

I have got more business but I'm not sure how. That's why I called the pros.

I'm old school and like the phone. Most things were done via phone and email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They work hard for you. They were easy to talk to and I feel good about the whole process. Plus I'm making more money!

Scott could have taken me for a long walk on the beach. Just kidding. Everything went smooth. No complaints.
