Commonly Asked Questions

We work best with small to mid-sized businesses in West Michigan that have between 10-100 technology users. Our clients span a wide range of industries - from professional services and manufacturing to nonprofits and everything inbetween. What they have in common is a reliance on technology to run their business and a desire for a reliable, local IT partner they can actually trust. We're not a faceless help desk. We're a team that values long-term relationships and knows our clients by name.

We function as an extension of your team, not just a vendor you call when something breaks. From onboarding through day-to-day support, we take the time to understand your business environment so we can support you proactively. Your team gets direct access to our support staff for any IT issue, big or small -and we stay in regular communication, so your technology always aligns with your business goals. You can expect dependable IT support from people who are invested in your success.

Your team has direct access to our technicians whenever an issue comes up. But beyond day-to-day support, we make it a point to keep decision-makers informed on the bigger picture. That means regular check-ins, straightforward updates, and honest conversations about your technology's heath and direction. We don't hide behind technical jargon or vague status updates. If something needs your attention, you'll hear about it promptly. And if everything is running smoothly, you'll know that too.
