Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The overall work could be split in two parts: 

1. Brand identity
2. Website design & development. The brand identity started out with naming. 

After I was satisfied with the name, Luminary Brands proceeded to create visual and verbal brand identity around it which came together in a coherent narrative. For web design it was pretty straightforward. They've used the visual guidelines created during the branding stage to create the design. I've personally approved each page of the website, and the pages were taken into development only I've given a final approval and all my suggestions were incorporated into design and requested changes made.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Luminary Brands has created an identity for us that we're happy with. They also created a website for us. We now have around 30k visitors monthly (all organic traffic from google), and continue growing monthly.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project management was excellent. We were able to communicate directly with designers and branding specialists which helped immensely and eliminated some rounds of edits. All the items were delivered in the timely manner and we had a weekly meeting in addition to other on-demand meetings throughout the week. Everything was delivered on time and even ahead of schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Even though the scope of the project was quite substantial, at no point did it feel daunting. They had a very structured approach to both the branding and web design. (which admittedly was one of the reasons we chose Luminary Brands over competitors) I've felt in control over the entire duration of the project and clearly knew what was in the works right now, what I should expect, and when I should expect it. 

Luminary's project manager and other employees were very friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Furthermore, they've suggested additions and improvements above and beyond the scope of the project free of charge. I've felt they were not only doing what we paid them for, but truly interested in doing the best job possible and invested in our success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Luminary Brands could have done differently?

I think everything was splendid

I’m a Head Of Marketing for shvidko groshi. We are providing people in the CIS region with cheap consumer credits.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire RevenueRush?

Our website was downright ancient and we needed someone to create a new web identity for us. We wanted the most intuitive design possible that would be easy to navigate for non-sophisticated users. The main criteria was the support of mobile devices of all screen sizes.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were recommended to me by the senior management of the company to try. At first I was hesitant since they didn’t understand the language of our website, but it turns out that there were plenty of examples of such websites in English.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They took a look at the competitors, asked us about what was important for us with our new website, and overall were imho more competent and professional about the engagement than B2B agencies in my region.

After discussing the overall goals, I explained the functionality and meaning / contents of website “blocks” we wanted, we discussed important elements.

On the next call we talked about competitor websites, what I liked and didn’t in their approach, where there could be similarities, e.t.c.

After this they provided me with several design styles to choose from, and proceeded to design a website in the style of my choice.

After several rounds of edits, they provided guidance on the development and implementation of the website

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website they designed works flawlessly on mobile devices and we’ve seen a gradual boost in all relevant website metrics after the rollout of the new design.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I think it was as good as I could hope in given circumstances. I had to be a messenger when a non-english speaking person from my team wanted to pass a message, but I believe that they understood me perfectly and did well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by their professionalism and streamlined approach. While the cost aspect can bite, they sure deliver quality work .

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

To be honest, I noticed only the positives. Perhaps a person with more experience working with western B2B companies can answer this question. For me it was a stark contrast.
