Please include a summary of key deliverables. The overall work could be split in two parts: Brand identityWebsite design & development. The brand identity started out with naming. After I was satisfied with the name, Luminary Brands proceeded to create visual and verbal brand identity around it which came together in a coherent narrative. For web design it was pretty straightforward. They've used the visual guidelines created during the branding stage to create the design. I've personally approved each page of the website, and the pages were taken into development only I've given a final approval and all my suggestions were incorporated into design and requested changes made.

How did they respond to your needs? The project management was excellent. We were able to communicate directly with designers and branding specialists which helped immensely and eliminated some rounds of edits. They had a very structured approach to both the branding and web design. (which admittedly was one of the reasons we chose Luminary Brands over competitors) I've felt in control over the entire duration of the project and clearly knew what was in the works right now, what I should expect, and when I should expect it. Luminary's project manager and other employees were very friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Furthermore, they've suggested additions and improvements above and beyond the scope of the project free of charge. I've felt they were not only doing what we paid them for, but truly interested in doing the best job possible and invested in our success. Are there any areas for improvement or something Luminary Brands could have done differently?I think everything was splendid

""They were transparent and communicated often and well.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a product lead at International IQ Test.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire ColorCreative?

Once the product was mostly ready, we needed to collect more data to fine-tune it and to test unit economy, both of which involved attracting as many visitors as possible and converting them. We’ve hired СolorCreative to create a digital promotion strategy for our revolutionary online IQ test. We wanted to develop an advertising-focused digital strategy that would deliver results in line with our unit economy and allow us to attract users at scale.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found them listed as one of the top digital marketing companies in UK, and after speaking with a few agencies I liked their approach the most.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

It started with an initial call where I showed the websites and landing pages of our competitors, as well as some ways in which I knew they’re attracting visitors. We’ve discussed how similar mechanisms can be implemented for our offering and singled out a good starting point for our cooperation. ColorCreative prepared an estimate for us and after we’ve agreed to it and signed the contract they started implementing it.

They created a minimalistic landing page, translated it into all the languages we were interested in targeting and started testing out ads country-by-country, to see what worked for us and what didn’t

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

6 people total:

Digital Marketing Manager
	Creative Copywriter
	PPC Manager
	Web Designer
	Web Developer
	Project Manager

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over the time that we’ve collaborated ColorCreative has helped us define some profitable countries where we can buy traffic for our website routinely with a good ROI. Through testing and tweaking together we were able to improve the conversion rate by more than 30%. As they were quite open about their methodology and sharing knowledge, we learned a lot and have now hired PPC manager to handle our campaigns in-house.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were transparent and communicated often and well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Integrity and openness. They didn’t shy away from our questions and made sure we understood the whys and whens.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I do not think so in this case.

**Feedback Summary**: Internal stakeholders were happy with the new website, which better presented the company's purpose and operations. RevenueRush managed the project well and showed great responsibility and professionalism during the execution. They had a genuine interest in the success of the redesigned website.
""The overall quality of their work was outstanding.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a Project Coordinator at Ecash Investment Fund. We invest in tech startups with global ambitions and Ecash projects.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire RevenueRush?

Our website was outdated and we agreed it was time for our brand to get a new refreshed look that will help build credibility

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them online listed as one of the best website design agencies.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We’ve started with a discovery call where a RevenueRush representative asked us about our goals, requirements for the new website, and requested some website examples we liked. They later contacted us with an estimate of the project cost, to which we agreed.

During the project itself, we cooperated mostly with a digital marketing manager, who walked us through the mock-ups they prepared, which we thought were great. He later provided us with several variants of the same website screen that were designed in different ways for us to choose the most appealing visual style.

Later, the entire website was designed in the style that we chose. Once we confirmed that everything text- and design-wise was great, the project entered the development stage. RevenueRush web developer created our website's web, mobile, and tablet versions. At the same time, their QA tester ensured everything worked properly on all screen sizes and browsers before putting the website live.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Digital Marketing Manager, UI/UX Designer, Web Developer, QA Tester

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our shareholders were pleased with the new look and mentioned that the new website did a much better job at explaining our concept, purpose, and operations

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They took charge of the project and were both responsible and professional in project execution. A great place to go to when you need do-it-for-me kind of service/

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

True interest is hard to fake. We felt that they wanted the website the best it could be, as though it was their own project, while simultaneously not just listening to, but hearing and accounting for our wishes and preferences.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The overall quality of their work was outstanding. Some animations weren’t displayed on mobile properly, but this issue was quickly resolved.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire RevenueRush?

We were providing digitalization consulting services to a German human resources consultant. Their website was created in the 2000s, so the first order of business was to create a new website that would be professional, modern, and correspond with client expectations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We’ve found them online and after the initial call had no reason to look elsewhere.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project can be split into several stages. First RevenueRush conducted a market research, and singled out key competitors and messaging approach. They created website structure and designed mockups, which we discussed and approved. Afterwards, they sent us several design styles to choose from and designed the website according to the style we chose, including web and mobile tablet adaptation. It was then developed, tested by all parties, and put on the web.

3 people total:

Digital Marketing Manager
	UI/UX Designer
	Web Developer

When you look at the new and the old website side by side, you get a perception of two entirely different companies. We are very happy with the results we got.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The whole process was very structured and they took charge and explained everything clearly. We felt that they were invested in the outcome of this project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

You know that feeling when you repeat something countless times and it starts feeling easy and methodical? Somehow I got the same feeling from RevenueRush. The whole process felt effortless and their easy-going attitude was contagious and made the project a breeze.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have trouble coming up with something particular. Initially we had reservations about the price, but in the end it was completely justified by the quality of the work they delivered.

""We never had to wonder how our budget was being spent and what results were achieved.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a Lead Designer at impltech GmbH. impltech is a high-quality German Software Development company, specializing in Web and Application development.

We’re helping companies of all sizes, from startups to huge corporations, implement disruptive tech into their operations and build software products that deliver business impact.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire RevenueRush?

We were scaling up our operations and decided to invest more in our marketing. Our aim was to launch a series of insights into the world of digitalization to showcase the real impact software products can have on a company and share various applications of software development.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select RevenueRush and what were the deciding factors?

They were recommended to us by one of our British clients as an agency that does it’s job. We’ve had some bad experiences with marketing agencies before, so we were a bit skeptical, but it turned out that our doubts were unfounded.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We can split the project into 2 separate processes: Content creation and Content distribution. At first, we started with content creation only. I’ve talked with a RevenueRush content marketing manager, with whom we discussed our goals, specialization, examples of similar content, e.t.c.

Once I got a rough understanding of the cost per article, we decided to proceed with a content calendar. When we approved it, RevenueRush started providing us with articles and graphics for them to place on our website at regular intervals.

Our partners loved them, and we've noticed that prospects were asking our sales managers about the things from the articles, so we agreed to RevenueRush proposal to additionally promote our content to draw more visitors to our blog.

This was done through Social Media Management and thought leadership.

How many resources from the RevenueRush team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Content Marketing Manager, 2 Copywriters, SMM Manager, Graphic Designer.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over the course of the engagement they’ve managed to build our blog from the ground app and increase our organic traffic by 650%

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated only with a Content Marketing Manager, and an SMM manager, which both were very pleasant. They handled other communications internally

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were absolutely transparent about pricing and were fully accountable for all actions. We knew where our articles were shared and how this impacted our website visits, what article users viewed before converting, and could easily calculate ROAS of the content marketing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can’t think of anything. This experience was the opposite of our previous experiences with marketing agencies. We never had to wonder how our budget was being spent and what results were achieved.

""Their integrity, expertise, and friendliness turned a complex project into a stress-free streamlined experience.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a Content & Marketing Manager at Limeup, a London-based Product UI/UX Design agency

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire RevenueRush?

We wanted an agency website that would be professional and that could grow with us as we grow. It had to display our abilities in what we do for our clients, impress them with unique design decisions, indirectly showcasing our capabilities, and correspond with our overall visual style and brand spirit. We also needed a design to be dynamic, flexible, and easy-to-maintain for the long haul.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were capable of creating the design ourselves, but we had no copywriting, digital marketing, or web development capability, so after internal consultation, we decided it was better to turn to one agency for the whole package rather than doing the design ourselves and looking for agencies/contractors for other parts of the project. We also wanted to have the maximum possible conversion on our website, so I looked for web design agencies that also provide conversion rate optimization services and eventually decided to go with RevenueRush.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We started by working out the required website pages with a Marketing Manager. After that, RevenueRush created UX mockups for the whole website, and we went over each page over a series of calls with a UI/UX designer, tweaking them in real time. Once we were happy with the mockups, I passed them our design system concepts, and UI/UX designers and illustrator developed a complete website UI, to which we also made some alterations.

As soon as UI design for one of the pages was finalized, we had a call with a digital marketing manager and a copywriter to create the text for that page. This process was repeated for all pages over the course of the month or so. Once all the pages were ready, we had a final round of edits and they proceeded to develop our website and launched our website.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

1 Digital Marketing Manager
	2 Copywriters
	2 UI/UX Designers
	1 Web Developer
	1 Illustrator

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website incorporates our vision and company spirit, serving as a perfect representation of our company. We especially liked custom illustrations, which make the website look alive and communicate our uniqueness. We’ve already received some comments about our website from prospects, which is the only relevant judge of the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was good. They quickly grasped our intentions and structured the project in a way that would allow people to work in parallel, which allowed them to develop a website for us relatively quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their integrity, expertise, and friendliness turned a complex project into a stress-free streamlined experience. It was a pleasure to partake in.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have nothing bad to say about RevenueRush. It was a great experience across the board.

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m in charge of Digitalisation projects for the clients of Alphabet Capital.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire RevenueRush?

One of our clients needed a new website to promote their poker application. The website had to correspond with their overall style and unique color palette and be tweaked for maximum conversion

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I looked for a company that also provides conversion optimization services since I surmised such a company would be best at creating websites with high CTR.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

I explained the requirements we had for the website, and after getting a rough estimate of project cost and timeline, served as a mediator during calls, making sure our client understood the agency, and vice versa. RevenueRush explained everything in simple terms, so I rarely had to participate.

Initially, I talked with a Digital Marketing Manager. After the project started, the only other RevenueRush representative we’ve talked with directly was a UI/UX designer. Other internal communications were handled by a marketing manager.

The process was standard for website development. We first approved mockups, then agreed on design style, received the complete website UI + illustrations and text copy for it, and made some edits, whereby a Web Developer got involved and the website was complete.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

UI/UX Designer, Digital Marketing Manager, Web Developer, Illustrator, Copywriter

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In my opinion, the website they developed looks good and is convenient. They kept in line with the overall visual style, and added all the features we asked for. Our client was also impressed with the final result.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They did a good job of communicating with a non-tech-savvy client and were completely honest and to the point during the entire engagement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had all the necessary resources available, and there was a little delay when new roles got involved in the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Price is the only point that could be argued

""All our edits and suggestions were acted upon quickly.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a Product Manager for Koto English, an innovative mobile english learning application that lets users learn english in a fun and simple way by playing English games designed with assistance from English teachers.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire RevenueRush?

We’ve hired RevenueRush to design a landing page for our application. We wanted to receive a landing page that would have a good conversion rate and communicate the uniqueness of our application and its associated benefits for English learners.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select RevenueRush and what were the deciding factors?

I don’t recall exactly. I either stumbled on them online, or they were referenced by someone.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We’ve had screenshots of application and some text that should be present on the landing page, but not a complete structure. I first talked with a Marketing Manager, who asked about our concept, unique selling points, target audience, it’s motivations, e.t.c. I passed the text that we had, and after a few days they provided a page structure for us.

After our confirmation, RevenueRush copywriter created the page text for each screen which was forwarded to us. We discussed it with my team internally and suggested some minor edits, after which they developed a mockup of a landing page, and, after our validation, provided us with several design styles to choose from.

Having decided on the final style and visual palette, RevenueRush designed the complete website UI, to which we made some minor alterations, developed it, and put it on the web. and that was the project end.

How many resources from the RevenueRush team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Digital Marketing manager, Creative Copywriter, UI/UX Designer, Web Developer.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The founders of Koto English liked the new landing page and said that it represented their business well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

All our edits and suggestions were acted upon quickly

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were able to design us a website basically from scratch and took care of everything from copywriting to development.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In my opinion, having a dedicated project manager in a project that had these different types of specialists involved would make communications easier, but a digital marketing manager pretty much played that role

Senior Business Development Manager, LetterA
- Industry: Financial services

**The Review** — May 6, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: The site was launched and is functioning well, thanks to RevenueRush. The team was proactive to provide updates about the project during the collaboration. Their dedication to delivering the client's requirements was notable.
""I felt like they were really invested in delivering what we needed, made sure we achieve the results that we want.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a Senior Business Development manager for the Lettera, an investment company with offices in London and Hong Kong. We provide a number of investment and consulting services for companies and individual investors from US, Hong Kong and EU, specializing in mergers & aquisitions.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire RevenueRush?

For the longest time, LetterA leveraged it's vast network of contacts and impeccable business reputation to attract new business. With the restrictions imposed by Covid19, one on one meetings, forums and roadshows had all but dissapeared, so shortly after joining LetterA, I was put in charge of adapting our sales materials to a new format and finding a vendor to develop a website for us.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I didn't have prior experience with web design, so I mentioned this to my aquaintances and clients, and one of them recommended this company that designed a website for them for a good price. I also contacted some other companies online, but the way they approached communications put me off, so after an internal consultation we decided to go ahead with RevenueRush.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After the inititial call, we've had a discovery meeting, for which I called some senior management, during which we discussed our company, client profile, our goals from this website, what we wanted to communicate, e.t.c. I received the impression that they were really making an effort to understand our aims instead of taking a passive approach and just doing whatever we asked even if it's sub-optimal.

After this meeting, they sent us some website examples of what approaches could work for us, and we stopped on a presentation-website. They sent us a proposal with time- and cost-estimates, and after we agreed to this, we cooperated on the contents of the website. They designed it, and, after our approval, developed it and put it on the web.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

At first I communicated with one of their digital marketers. She asked about our goals, what will be the purpose of this website, what content will appear on it, and so on, and proposed us a website design that would serve our purposes.

After that we agreed on contents and website structure and he gave me some tips on which order to choose best and which of our texts should be shortened or expanded. Throughout the engagement, even when they were doing webstite design and development, this person remained the sole contact point for all questions and requests, which was very convenient. She inquired about our wishes and goals and made sure everything was done exactly as we wanted.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I didn't have to change the texts we had in presentations much, since website loosely follows a presentation structure. The website RevenueRush designed and developed is very simple to navigate, as all our visitors have to do is to simply scroll to see all content on our website. The website is meant to aquaint the visitor with our company and services it provides, and I think it does its job well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I think it was good. They responded to every message quickly and were proactive regardin project progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I felt like they were really invested in delivering what we needed, made sure we achieve the results that we want. The questions they asked were on point and led me to think about the purpose of the project and what exactly we wanted to achieve from angles that I did not cosider before.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I believe they were a little reserved about telling me outright when my ideas were not good, and instead asked pointer questions to let me come to my own conclusions. While I appreciate it, I believe the project may have gone a bit faster had they told me so right away on occasions where my ideas weren't feasible.

**Feedback Summary**: The web app designed by RevenueRush worked flawlessly on mobile devices, resulting in a gradual boost in all relevant website metrics. The client was impressed by thier professionalism and streamlined approach. While the cost aspect could bite, the quality of their work was worth every penny.
""I was impressed by their professionalism and streamlined approach.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a Head Of Marketing for shvidko groshi. We are providing people in the CIS region with cheap consumer credits.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire RevenueRush?

Our website was downright ancient and we needed someone to create a new web identity for us. We wanted the most intuitive design possible that would be easy to navigate for non-sophisticated users. The main criteria was the support of mobile devices of all screen sizes.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were recommended to me by the senior management of the company to try. At first I was hesitant since they didn’t understand the language of our website, but it turns out that there were plenty of examples of such websites in English.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They took a look at the competitors, asked us about what was important for us with our new website, and overall were imho more competent and professional about the engagement than B2B agencies in my region.

After discussing the overall goals, I explained the functionality and meaning / contents of website “blocks” we wanted, we discussed important elements.

On the next call we talked about competitor websites, what I liked and didn’t in their approach, where there could be similarities, e.t.c.

After this they provided me with several design styles to choose from, and proceeded to design a website in the style of my choice.

After several rounds of edits, they provided guidance on the development and implementation of the website

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

1 UI/UX Designer, 1 Marketing Manager

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website they designed works flawlessly on mobile devices and we’ve seen a gradual boost in all relevant website metrics after the rollout of the new design.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I think it was as good as I could hope in given circumstances. I had to be a messenger when a non-english speaking person from my team wanted to pass a message, but I believe that they understood me perfectly and did well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by their professionalism and streamlined approach. While the cost aspect can bite, they sure deliver quality work .

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

To be honest, I noticed only the positives. Perhaps a person with more experience working with western B2B companies can answer this question. For me it was a stark contrast.
