I`m Benny Alon, founder of ARGOSCOPE (Detelix software technologies), Financial firewall for outgoing payments from companies, that learns the payment process while detecting any deviation from predefined norm preventing fraud and or misuse of company’s funds and reducing financial losses.

The target was to get a high-quality and modern design and front-end development.

What were your goals for this project?

We have a SaaS and on promise for the financial industry but it was an obsolete one. And we needed a full update for it, except backend. So, we expected to have in the end fresh visual look, and front-end according to design.

We have found Loonar Studio on a freelancer site. We were inspired by their profile, with their portfolio and work history.

I have visited their team to present our product. After that, our cooperation has started. They have prepared some types of design according to our desires, brand colors and modern trends. Now, the process of front-end development is moving on.

What was the team composition?

A team which we have been collaborating consists of 2 UI/UX designers, 1 graphical design, 2 front-end developers and project manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Nowadays, project is almost finished and we are going to launch it. But we are satisfied with what we see, and wait for a moment when we can launch a new look of our product.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had very good contact with this team. Mostly we had communication via Skype and e-mail. For all questions, we have had solutions basically within 24 hours. As mentioned, I have personally visited them and solved all issues we have faced.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Professionals in UI/UX Telling you what is right to do and not only do what you ask for. Polite and quick on issues management, high skilled developers and creative designers

Are there any areas for improvement?

We are fully satisfied with their work on this project. We felt like part of this team.

For creating the design and doing the frontend development of our new website.

What were your goals for this project?

Our new project moves us into the future, so we needed a website that suits our ambitions. We wanted it to have a unique and modern design, with a high-quality frontend.

We looked at the portfolios, company pages, and reviews of some companies, as well as their prices.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

In this project we didn't need backend development, so we wanted exclusive design and code without bugs and issues. They developed a bright website, with isometric custom illustrations and day/night themes.

What was the team composition?

We were working with a team consisted of one UI/UX designer, a project manager, one Illustrator, and one frontend developer. The CEO was involved, as was a marketing/PR person. They're professional and easy-going people.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project is not on the live server yet, but we expect it to be a success.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Our communications mostly were via Slack, with a few video conferences. Thanks to their project management, they felt like part of our team during the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their excellent designs and fast solutions to all our questions. The code is very good quality.

Our expectations have been completely satisfied.
