We found them through online research. They were a small company that offered good after-sales services, so we decided to go with them.

I honestly can’t remember anymore.

We started working with them in January 2011, and our engagement is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

With the new system, we were able to completely reduce errors — it automatically made all calculations, allowing us to offer more clarity to our clients. Overall, the system has been a huge upgrade for our business.

How did LogiKom - Software House perform from a project management standpoint?

In terms of project management, we’ve never had any issues with them. They constantly perform upgrades on the system, and they do it as soon as we request it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

For me, their greatest strength is their availability —  I can call them anytime, and they are always able to resolve my concerns or any issues that pop up.
