I’m the founder of an IT company that builds apps and websites.

What challenge were you trying to address with LogiFox Infotech?

We needed help finishing our mobile app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

LogiFox Infotech helped us fix complicated bugs in our codebase and implemented advanced features like Google sign-in. The team also conducted a codebase audit to identify architectural or code quality issues and suggest improvements based on React Native and Expo best practices. LogiFox Infotech was also responsible for debugging and fixing bugs, including the app getting stuck on the splash screen and certain screens triggering duplicate or excessive API calls. The team also optimized the loading flow, API usage, and UX. LogiFox Infotech integrated Sentry to implement and configure mobile error logging to track crashes and exceptions in production. Finally, the team helped us prepare for a clean v1 launch to the App Store and Play Store.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

LogiFox Infotech completed the app, and it was bug-free. The team set up Sentry monitoring to ensure there were no errors. We also noticed improvements in app performance and UX. We had several bugs before LogiFox Infotech started working with us.

How did LogiFox Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via email and messaging apps. The project took much longer than originally expected, although LogiFox Infotech didn’t charge us for the additional time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

LogiFox Infotech’s desire to deliver a high-quality product was impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

LogiFox Infotech could have done a better initial scoping of the time required to deliver the scope.
