I’m the owner of an operations consulting firm and our area of expertise is processing performance improvement.

What challenge were you trying to address with LogicKite?

We needed help in three main marketing startups — web design, development, and marketing for the launch.

What was the scope of their involvement?

LogicKite developed our WordPress website from scratch. Their team was responsible for the platform’s fresh design and they trained me on how to host it. They helped me market the services of our company during the engagement.

During the engagement, they walked me through the whole process — from the web design and the build itself. It was an educational experience for our company.

What is the team composition?

We had one direct contact person who relayed the information to their end.

How did you come to work with LogicKite?

We found them through LinkedIn and we chose them over other agencies because they were fair. We had a conversation with our direct contact and that started our partnership because we felt that they were a good choice.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $3,000–$4,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement began in April 2020 and the bulk of the project was delivered around September 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Before they worked for us, there wasn’t anything that would represent our business online. Now, thanks to their team, we have a website, a great design, and marketing.

How did LogicKite perform from a project management standpoint?

LogicKite performed well in terms of project management. We communicated through Zoom, phone calls, and texts. The team is flexible and can coordinate their schedules around us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their flexibility and ability to incorporate their expertise in the projects impressed us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We can’t think of any areas to improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Since this is new to us, we would say that you should think about the overall vision of what you want — everything from design to the build. Think about what you want to accomplish, not exactly what you want to market and how you want to market it, but your design should be based on your company’s visions.

Their completion of the project was a major step to achieving a successful online business.

Logickite always answered my questions very quickly and were always very honest about their recommendations.

The attention to detail from the engineer.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They could perhaps offer custom photography when an apporpriate stock image isn't available.
