I’m the owner of a travel company offering backpacking tours in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Bali.

What challenge were you trying to address with LN Webworks?
All of the information regarding our tours is found on the website, so it's the most important part of our business. We designed it, and we asked them to develop it.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We gave them an idea of what we wanted. We provided Photoshop files for them to work from. They started by creating the shell and then added more advanced functions. They specialize in Drupal, so they recommended that platform for each of the four sites—one for each country. They implemented an Ubercart function specific to our sites, and they added social media components.

We work with two developers.
How did you come to work with LN Webworks?
We found them through an online review site. After contacting them, they convinced us they could provide the services we needed.

We began in January 2015, and they still provide development work.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Each of the sites is live and provide the specifics for each tour. Each site is equipped with an account system, a tour and hotel booking gateway, partial payment options, and coupon redemption capabilities.
How did LN Webworks perform from a project management standpoint?
We’re based in Thailand, and they’re based in India, but we had no troubles matching work schedules or with translation. We communicate using Skype, and they are available at all times. There were some things that didn’t work right away, but that is sometimes expected with a project like ours. That may have been a case of us not providing full details. Otherwise, it was smooth.

They were technically sound and communicated well.

They could have been on time more, but sometimes those delays are expected.
