We're shifting to a high-volume, low-cost model. The strategy is to make clarity radically accessible: free DRAFT Reports for everyone, cheap REFINED Reports (19 dollars consumer direct). Coaches are a distribution channel, not a revenue source. Coaches subscribe at low monthly rates to bring their clients through the system at near-zero marginal cost. Volume of Blueprints processed is the moat — it generates data, testimonials, and methodology refinement that compound over time.

Team met deadlines. Adapted to changes in their process quickly to work with me in effectively. Items were delivered on time  - and they thought through the things I hadn't put in specs. Slack was the channel they updated and they did this daily.

I told them I wanted to build a real connection and have them experience my product so they could understand deeply what I was trying to do. Everyone on the team did this. The team may be very far geographically, but this team is now part of my team. They were incredibly patient with me and managed me very well and that is reflected on hitting our target timeframe for launch.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LN Webworks Private Limited could have done differently?

Maybe assume that the customer has no knowledge of tools like Trello and the like. Help client get more focused on a phased approach. We ended up getting there, but had to iterate a bit. That said, I don't really know there's much they could have done differently. I think the only place we lost momentum was on the front-end user experience where the team pushed me to Gravity Forms which was not the right move for phase 1 given it opens up many issues that we don't want to have - at least yet.

They delivered on time as agreed. We had regular project meetings to discuss the progress or to discuss pending issues and the final migration was done without any issues.

Good communication. Regular follow-up meetings. Fast responses from the developers. Developers are able to work on many issues at once. Great use of tools (whatsapp / teams / basecamp).

Are there any areas for improvement or something LN Webworks Private Limited could have done differently?

It would be good if we could have had effort estimations for bigger items. They work on a hourly rate basis, and it was not always clear how many hours have been spent on what exactly. A kind of 'approval' mechanism might be handy, to make sure that we will not go too much over budget.
Some requested items were not always working from the first test, but this is not uncommon. I had the feeling they really tried to do the most in the minimum number of hours, which is what we did expect.

We had a special project regarding a Drupal project. We wanted to build a website focused on e-commerce forms. These particular forms differed from the typical questionnaire forms: they included a payment option at the end.

It was a custom and unique project, and there was no standard service on the market to build them, so we needed to engage a company capable of developing such a special application.

LN Webworks Private Limited has helped us develop our website's backend, which includes e-commerce forms and a payment processing feature. We’ve given them the raw code of what we want, and they’ve created a map of what we need and our goals. We’ve gone from step to step through the project. The team has created the site using Drupal.

We’re still in touch with them and have a small contract for ongoing services. We manage our own hosting, but they are still our partners.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

LN Webworks Private Limited has successfully delivered our website. It is for multiple countries, so we have a multi-page portal for Italy and the UK. It’s all managed centrally, but we have individual forms in different languages and a centralized payment and backend.

Now, Google treats our site as a proper website, which has few errors and is quite SEO-friendly. Due to adequate programming and new information, we’ve also seen an increased conversion rate and visibility.

How did LN Webworks Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve never defined a real budget beforehand; it’s a pay-as-you-go model. There’s always potential for mistakes during the development journey, but we’ve always found clear and fast solutions. The project lead always brings people to the table and has a lot of video conferences to sort things out.

We use GitHub as a project management tool and communicate frequently via email, Upwork’s chat function, and GitHub's chat as well.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Shikha, the project lead, has been lovely and smart. Moreover, she gets things done in a proper manner.

What did you find most impressive about them?

LN Webworks Private Limited has a deep knowledge of Drupal. Many claim to be experts, but LN Webworks Private Limited is truly an expert. They’re flexible, quick, and have a high level of customer care regarding change requests. Besides, they’re always on time, friendly, and analytical. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m just scared that Shikha will have too many clients and won’t have time for me.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Point out your needs clearly. Put them on paper and have a couple of calls with the project manager and everyone involved to bring them on the same page. If you point out what you need, everyone will run in the right direction, and the engagement will be easy. Otherwise, you might lose time and money.

The work included development of a custom theme, improving the design and organization, consolidating legacy items, and incorporating all previously included content on updated site.

Some questions were delivered and answered in Skype written messages. However, I think more conversation would be helpful.

Our engagement with the team has been over a variety of tasks. Each task had different measures of success and each were define per the task. Our team set the strategy and our expectation of this team was to ensure that they met the goals of each task and quality control tested well.

As with any engagement, early communication was a learning period. There were times that items were not delivered on time or correctly. It became obvious early that communication was the primary cause and they worked very hard to resolve those concerns very quickly. Every time a task had problem, they worked very hard to resolve those concerns.
