What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've had very positive feedback on the professional page that LLT Group designed. We've also used that direct link to attract more clients to our portfolio, specifically those not in the New England region. Overall, LLT Group helped us expand our geography quite a bit. Our website was able to load a larger audience from different regions, and we saw a 41% increase in traffic visits in late 2024.

How did LLT Group perform from a project management standpoint?

We mostly communicated via email, and LLT Group's email response was always great and met expectations. We also did Zoom calls if needed, and those were always scheduled and upheld in a timely manner. We had a lot of changes throughout the process, so we didn't agree to a strict budget or cost estimate; it was pretty flexible with what we wanted to add to the website.

What did you find most impressive about them?

LLT Group was willing to receive feedback and didn't have a standard template. A lot of competitors had a standard process and template of how things should look, but LLT Group was very flexible.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It was great that they were open-ended, which worked well for us because we're in the creative space. However, I'm not sure if a more structured process would benefit those clients who aren't in the creative field. In that sense, more standard templates or procedures could be helpful in the early stages.

I'm a reference librarian at a public library. Our library serves the local communities of Stickney, Forest View, and Central Stickney by providing books, resources, services, programming, and more for all ages.

We needed to update the library website to fit ADA standards to improve accessibility and usability. Additionally, our current website host, PiperWebs, announced they would be sunsetting their service later this year, so we needed to transfer it. We also needed to give the library website a fresh new look.

We looked to LLT Group to oversee our new website design and development and provide new hosting services. LLT Group met with the library director and staff through Zoom to discuss these priorities. They gave us a timeline of when to expect what updates, forms to submit the necessary assets (logos, graphics, etc.), and provided one free round of feedback when presented with a demo of the updated website. When it was ready for launch, we had another Zoom meeting as the LLT Group team guided us through the process of updating and maintaining our new website, as well as contact information for live service support. 
They added a web chat bot.

Our new website is up and running without issue. It is ADA-compliant without sacrificing any of the content from our old website, and it is designed intuitively and is visually pleasing. The load time is limited, and user engagement has increased by 27%.

We started the process with LLT Group with in-depth brand research and competitive analysis to help us clarify our positioning and uncover opportunities for growth. Through a series of collaborative workshops, we explored everything from website design direction to content strategy and calls-to-action.

By the time we entered the design phase, it felt like we were already aligned. The process became more about refinement—tweaking visuals, messaging, and functionality while considering the technical and UX requirements that would best serve our users. Being based in Vancouver, we had the benefit of conducting our workshops using slack, which made the sessions even more engaging, hands-on, and collaborative.

The project wrapped with a full development phase and the launch of a new website that finally feels like a true digital expression of who we are and the clients we’re here to serve.

We had a weekly meeting cadance with their team. There was a project manager assigned to us who kept everything moving forward, ensured we had all the communication we needed and ensured we were giving LLT Group team all of the assets and content they needed to complete work on their end.

We had a project plan & timeline laid out from the beginning and we actually came in ahead of schedule. Throughout the term, LLT team was very responsive - emails were often replied to same-day or else next day.

We had gone through their previous portfolio work and saw some sites in there that we really liked and that showed LLT Group understood our industry and companies like ours. They do a really good job and are creative while still keeping to budget and deliverables. I'm really happy with the site, the style, the development and the final product.

I think they did a really good job. Our new site development was a big project for us and we're really happy we chose them to work with in terms of the logistics of working with them week-to-week and in terms of the actual deliverables.

The educational community in particular has responded well to the centralized access to learning resources, helping educators integrate 3D printing into their classrooms more confidently and effectively.

The added tools for insurance comparison have also been well-received, as they make the decision-making process clearer for those unfamiliar with the specifics of insurance.

After a comprehensive questionnaire and Q & Session the team came back with 3 design concepts for the homepage. All 3 concepts were high quality. We chose our favorite and began iterations. Once the homepage was finalized the team quickly came back with inner page concepts. We collaborated on meetings and provided feedback. Design changes were fast, creative and high quality.
