I'm the global marketing director of a manufacturing company, an industry-leading global supplier of high-performance automation, workholding, and containment solutions.

What challenge were you trying to address with LLT Group?

We needed help with e-commerce and website design and development. We were recently acquired by another company and needed to be off our old parent company's infrastructure within a set period. As a result, we had to create a brand-new site from scratch.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

LLT Group has developed our e-commerce platform and redesigned and developed our entire website. We've gone through some exercises with them, and their designers have come back with ideas and thoughts. They've helped us with the design and development of our website. The team built the project using BigCommerce and Bloomreach for our CMS, search, and engagement tools. They also use a PIM system called Catsy.

We started working with the team in March 2024, and the project was launched in January 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

LLT Group's work quality has met our expectations. We haven't seen an increase in sales because we're not doing e-commerce right off the bat. The e-commerce platform we've launched is for a select partner group. Sales are difficult to use as a metric, but our visits and exposure have increased. We've seen larger numbers than we've seen on our other website. Our keyword rankings have increased. We saw 65% increase in overall site traffic and 40% boost in keyword ranking. The increase was observed within the First three month after the site was lunch in January 2025.

How did LLT Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Sarah, the project manager, has been great. She understands our project and everything else, and it's very easy to work with her. They've delivered on time and within budget. We use Jira and Confluence. We have weekly calls and emails. If I need to call Sarah or even John, I can just pick up the phone and call them.

I've never heard the word “no” from them. They've said, “Let's check into that and see what we can do.” It's been a partnership. They've said, “Let's see what we can do and what we can fit in.”

The expertise of the designer and developer assigned to the project was clear. Both were engaged throughout the scope of the project. The project manager was driven and maintained a positive and friendly outlook throughout.

The use of a WYSIWYG block was surprising and made editing a bit more challenging, but that may have been necessary in order to make other parts of the page work correctly. My only notes would be to talk through that decision first. And really, that's mostly picking nits. We were delighted with the project.

They can go to any of the ‘about’ subsections. Every time they go back to any other page, they get the popup
3. Display all the categories menu on each blog post category section with an option to go back
4. Check what is causing the header to glitch at odd times(not displaying properly as per design)
