Rahul and his team completely re-did our website. Modernized the whole feel and look to the site and made it more uniform.  There was A LOT of effort that had to be put into this and took longer than it should (our fault completely) and Rahul and the team worked through everything change and update needed.  A lot of countless hours and back and forth as well. 

Orginally, we needed the site finished within 8-10 weeks, even though the standard was 12 weeks or so.  The team made every push and effort to accomodate our timeline.  Our side slowed down the process though and over the last handful of months, we got the site where it is. 

We needed a lot of editting, video swapping, landing page reconfigurations, color scheme matches, etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to set up a ticketing style system with all changes that we needed made to the site and this was an effective way to gage the process of each change. It also helped me so that I didn't have to go through each section daily to find out if a change had been made.  Once something was updated, I would receive a message that it was done. 

I was able to call or email at any time and Rahul would either help me himself or direct me on how to get this into the feedback/ticketing forum.

Once we had the ticketing format up, this was a HUGE impact to the whole project. We had response times within 24 hours, if not, within an hour in some cases.  It moved the project along in a pace that I was comfortable with and we were able to create tickets for multiple tasks and changes and all were addressed.

I was impressed with the level of patience that Rahul had for the whole job. I needed to ask a lot of questions and he was able to always make time and walk me through things if needed. I was also a big believer in the ticketing system once I saw it work first hand. That isn't with every company, so it was great.

LLT Group was tasked with helping us create a new website from scratch. This included everything from doing a competitive audit, sitemap recommendation, creating and aligning upon a moodboard, wireframing, completing all of the UI and development of the site. They presented the competitive audit research to us and called out pros and cons of each site.

From there, they created a moodboard and worked with us to finalize the sitemap using Figma. Once we aligned upon the sitemap, Halo progressed into wireframing the main pages and completing the UI. Then, they built the site in Webflow.

LLT Group was tasked with redesigning the full website to improve the user journey and elevate the brand aesthetic. We provided the copy and gave examples of web pages we like. We asked for all custom illustrations. We also needed some help with web development.

It's too soon to measure an uptick in web traffic, but the internal folks and customers are very pleased with the new design. We expect to see an increase in demo and pricing requests with the new site.

• Discovery – we started with a discovery call which was incredibly well organized and fluid. We explored possibilities while focusing in on success factors to be considered in the design of the brand. Their team quickly identified the white space in the market and we all felt confident in the direction.
• Research – LLT Group then took the starting point and put it to the test. Their team researched competitors, persona, market, digital strategy, SEO, success factors, positioning and visual identity, presenting the findings in a beautiful presentation.
• Branding – From the research, they created stylescapes to show some concepts for the visual identity. It was hard to choose which to go with but we landed on one I felt captured my personality best and felt confident it was modern, slick and thoughtful.
• UI/UX – Their team followed up soon after with wireframes which showed the proposed layouts for my new site. There was nothing to edit, they nailed what we had talked about.
• Website Design – A few weeks later the website design was completed keeping more or less in line with the layouts from the wireframes and the style created for the brand. To say it was super slick would be an understatement.
• Development – Their team then moved to the development of the website which was done on WordPress. The site was fully checked for high-quality accessibility and functionality; and ready to launch on schedule.
• Communication – Sophie was my project manager, and she was amazing! Very communicative, responsive and a pleasure to work with each step of the way!

It’s too early to give numbers since the project is just going live. But I am feeling extremely confident and know they are there in support in both strategy and performance!

LLT Group is more than a ‘design agency’. They really cared about the outcome and brought a ton of real-world experience to the project. Their design is very impressive but what impressed me more was the thinking behind the design. Their work is strategic, really well thought through and looks like a million bucks!

Our main success metric is LLT Group adherence to timelines. Additionally, we’re very happy with the products we’ve received.

These guys has delivered everything on time and within budget. In October 2022, we established deadlines for developing certain assets to start with production, and they met every single deadline. Although we’ve had subsequent revisions and changes, the initial products were finalized on time.

It’s impressive how LLT Group had a lot of people engaged in the project. Their teamwork approach was very helpful. Whenever I have conversations with them, it’s not with just one person; it’s truly a team effort, and everyone is on the same page.

I can’t think of anything Llt group could improve on. If anything, one of their designers is very critical of his own work. Sometimes, I approve one of his designs, and he comes back the next day with changes for things he felt were wrong. Still, I was very happy with the first draft.

They help us with two areas of SEO. Backend programming and technical tasks account for 70% of their workload. The remaining 30% is content-related, which includes headlines, writing, real paragraphs, and keywords to improve our Google ranking. They selected some pages that they felt required assistance and then suggested some keywords. Then I'd oversee the real content implementation.

We review our material every few weeks, and they can provide me with updated keywords if something changes. And it's definitely helpful to keep track of what is and isn't changing.

We received a great deal of insightful input from LLT Group, which enabled us to change our internet marketing approach. Conversion rates went up after they made changes to our landing page. During the past several months of working with them, we've also noticed a slight improvement in the performance of our keywords, and they continue to assist us in honing our approach so that we can keep getting better.

Very simple, successful migration with key UX / UI updates. Getting our content successfully into WordPress was the primary need. Additional results will continue to be seen as content propagates the web.

Project management was/is great. One of the main reasons we chose to work with LLT was the open communication and comfort level we had. The depth of our conversations surrounding what we were looking to accomplish as well as how we do things today. Many companies tend to only focus on the project at hand, LLT took the time to understand our unique business needs so we could seamlessly transition as well as improve within the new system.

I can honestly say no. We had a very extensive vendor selection process. LLT was patient and never lost sight of the task at hand. As simple as I can state it, we chose the right vendor without a doubt.
