The project was developed in 7 months during which we had frequent communication with Lloyds where they thoroughly walked us through the project stages.

We managed to reach sales of 100k eur during the first 4 months of using the app, which is considered a success. The app has been awarded and praised for its design and UX

The workflow was very effective between the teams, the project manager was always there for all of our questions and various requests

The number of ideas and effort put into work by this team is impressive

There is always room for improvement, however, I don't see any room where it could be improved as far as our project is considered

After the initial agreement kickoff was February 2021. We started with workshops where we defined our needs and they got the information for the approach they want to use

UI and UX improvements, order flow improvement. Less click for the same order.

Casual but straightforward communication style with designers and developers. Live meetings helped a lot.

One of the most beautiful designs we saw. Really talented designers and developers

We had a first meeting where we described our necessities. Soon they presented us their ideas and we decided which logo represents us the best. Next step was creating the website, where we provided them with all the information needed and soon everything was done!

Clients and collaborators loved our website and we received a lot of compliments. We were also contacted for some new collaborations.

We communicated mostly by email, but when needed we also had some Skype calls. They were readily available and responded quickly.

Young and motivated team.

We let them know some mistakes that were made and they provided with correcting everything immediately, even out of their working hours.

We develop mobile apps to engage Christian communities and help churches to connect closely with their members. I am the founder of this startup company which commenced operation in mid-2020.

We employed Lloyds for designing an interactive platform (with a content management system) as a unique feature that we will make available to our clients who are Churches and Christian communities wanting to outsource building and basic maintenance of their mobile apps. App development platform is a cost-effective way for churches and Christian communities to explore enhancing their communications with members through mobile apps. The goal for this project is to allow users of the apps to interact on this platform through creating posts, as well as react and respond to them, so they will become more engaged in their churches and Christian communities.

At the start of the project, we introduced the concept and nature of the platform we wish to develop as well as ideas about its ideal look and potential functions were discussed in detail.

With the feedbacks and technical insights provided by Lloyds, the project began to take shape as we put together initial prototypes. Improvements and refinements of the platform were made after multiple rounds of discussion until the platform was eventually completed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The successful development of this platform contributes greatly to the progress of the overall app development, as the platform is one of the unique features of our apps and the most technically demanding part of the entire development process.

Quite effective, especially as we utilized different means of communication to facilitate the process. Lloyds often provides quick turnaround on improvements and modifications. And they were very accommodative when we need to take time to consider our options.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Lloyds was willing to give us a lot of practical advice to us, as our company does not have staff with technical expertise in full-fledged programming for app features, and to help us throughout the entire process to turn ideas into actual user features. In case of technical problems, they were responsive and issues were usually quickly resolved.
