How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a marketing partner who could provide us with a comprehensive promotion and cover all our needs at once: SEO, link building, copywriting, and paid traffic. Livepage seemed like a perfect fit considering their strong expertise and cases.

First, Livepage conducted several interviews to dive into our business and understand the specifics, carried out SEO research defining priority clusters, business architecture and structure, and built a one-page strategy. Then we started working on content optimisation: analysing blogs for content cannibalisation, optimising existing content, searching for new semantics and writing several new blog articles a month. Also, we are constantly working on link building and technical optimisation. In terms of the paid traffic, Livepage analysed the running campaigns and the traffic going through them.

Then, all work was focused on running A/B tests and campaigns optimisation to clean all the irrelevant queries and reduce the conversion cost. Testing new targeting options and bidding strategies allowed us to reduce the conversion cost and increase the number of conversions. Since we have optimised the search campaigns, we have moved to testing new types of advertising campaigns like the Smart GDN campaign and Performance Max campaign.

In our last three months, we’ve got an additional 200,000 impressions and around 20,000 more clicks compared to the three months before that in the US market alone. Globally, we went from having 2.39 million impressions to receiving 2.92 million, and click-wise, we went from having 41,700 to 45,500. Moreover, our average online position was at 9.2, and now we’re at 8.3.

I originally made a request to buy paid traffic on Google Ads and get visible results as quickly as possible. At the first stage of work, we launched search advertising campaigns. The project had never been promoted through Google Ads before. First, directions where we wanted to attract candidates were identified. We decided to start with hot traffic and launch search campaigns. Having collected enough conversions for analysis, we launched a Discovery advertising campaign based on interests that worked well in the search. Particular attention was paid to the optimization of advertising campaigns.

Adjustments were made to bids by device, demographics, and schedule. Non-targeted queries and keywords that were not bringing conversions were cleaned. Further, advertising campaigns of other types were tested. The best results in terms of the number of conversions and their cost were shown by search campaigns by general queries, by category, and Performance Max campaigns.

At the end of 2021, a need arose to further promote the website organically to increase organic traffic, and we added SEO work. During this time, work was carried out on the technical optimization of the website, relinking, optimizing existing content, and creating new SEO-optimized content. For the last three months, we have also been buying links to increase positions on pages to grow the traffic and sales from these pages.

The first advertising campaigns were launched in August 2021. In May 2022, the number of conversions increased by 950%, despite the fact that there had been no big changes to the budgets. Cost per conversion decreased by 89%. As for SEO, with a relatively small budget and amount of monthly work, we were able to achieve a 6.5x increase in organic traffic (from 700 to 4,600 per month) and a 5.5x increase in goals on the website (from 1,000 to 5,700 per month).
