I originally made a request to buy paid traffic on Google Ads and get visible results as quickly as possible. At the first stage of work, we launched search advertising campaigns. The project had never been promoted through Google Ads before. First, directions where we wanted to attract candidates were identified. We decided to start with hot traffic and launch search campaigns. Having collected enough conversions for analysis, we launched a Discovery advertising campaign based on interests that worked well in the search. Particular attention was paid to the optimization of advertising campaigns.

Adjustments were made to bids by device, demographics, and schedule. Non-targeted queries and keywords that were not bringing conversions were cleaned. Further, advertising campaigns of other types were tested. The best results in terms of the number of conversions and their cost were shown by search campaigns by general queries, by category, and Performance Max campaigns.

At the end of 2021, a need arose to further promote the website organically to increase organic traffic, and we added SEO work. During this time, work was carried out on the technical optimization of the website, relinking, optimizing existing content, and creating new SEO-optimized content. For the last three months, we have also been buying links to increase positions on pages to grow the traffic and sales from these pages.

The first advertising campaigns were launched in August 2021. In May 2022, the number of conversions increased by 950%, despite the fact that there had been no big changes to the budgets. Cost per conversion decreased by 89%. As for SEO, with a relatively small budget and amount of monthly work, we were able to achieve a 6.5x increase in organic traffic (from 700 to 4,600 per month) and a 5.5x increase in goals on the website (from 1,000 to 5,700 per month).

My position is Technical Director at UCtel. We are engaged in the sale and installation of equipment that helps to strengthen the mobile signal. Poor indoor mobile coverage is a fairly common problem in England because old buildings have very thick walls.

We understood that it was necessary to start a project with SEO from the very beginning, since the result can be obtained very slowly. Moreover, at the early stages of the project, we connected a marketing team which helped identify our goal setting, a clear development plan, develop the site structure, and content plan. At the stage of forming a new site structure, there was a marketer who wrote the content, an SEO specialist who helped us with SEO recommendations, and a designer who designed templates for new pages.

At the same time, the analyst was setting up analytics so that later we could track conversions and user behavior on the site. This "development stage" lasted about 2-3 months, after which we had an excellent site, which almost immediately began to generate traffic and leads. Then we connected a "mini" marketing activity as a designer developed a design for a van in which we carry equipment. It also increased our recognition quite well.

2 months ago, for a bigger boost, we connected PPC and immediately realised how important it is to engage in marketing in a complex. Where one activity drops, another replaces it, and everything goes together. PPC also gave us a certain sales boost. Now we continue to fill the site with useful content, monitor the technical integrity of the site and run ads.

From the very first meeting, we found a common language, and there were never any problems in communication. The team was always ready to answer my questions and find a solution to any problem we might have.

I like the complex approach that the Livepage team offers. Absolutely all team members work together; everyone is aware of what is happening on the project. We have one common goal - to increase our service sales, and the team is making every effort to achieve the goal as soon as possible.

Nobody in our team had the capacity to develop a Solar System. With the Livepage team, we got a complete Solar System. We use it for our own tasks. Besides, we also got a full set of end-to-end analytics.

We have been working with Livepage for 5 months now, but since we are creating and releasing a new website, we started actively implementing the technical tasks given to us to optimize the site and publishing new content only a month and a half ago.

Therefore, the result is still hard to track, but we can already see the positive dynamics — increased rating of the domain, new organic users, and we are now more confident in our positioning and that now, thanks to the targeted content, our website can really be a source of leads.

Our impressions of working with Livepage: well-established business communication processes; the ability to listen and hear what the customer wants; the ability to reasonably show how to do the right thing and for what purpose; flexibility in finding a compromise solution; responsiveness to emerging issues; prompt response.

The process was transparent and correct. The team communicated via the Discord messenger, presented clear reports in Data Studio, set up enhanced end-to-end analytics and e-commerce in Google Analytics. The workflow was clear and convenient.

We were impressed by the team’s involvement in the process. I liked how they managed to figure out our complex business operations.

The fee is quite high. However, every time we tried to do the job with the in-house team, we ensured that it’s better to work with Livepage.

We were looking for a contractor to redesign our site. We needed a total makeover for a website that had been working since 2017. We had clear expectations about the result because we’d had website analytics, experience working via the site, etc. Our goals:

While we were looking for a contractor, one of the candidates showed that they didn’t have a clear plan, strategy, or any ToRs. As they said, “We’ll see how it goes.” We’d already had experience working with such a contractor. There was a small task connected with our website, and unfortunately, we were involved in the whole process. This influenced our workflow and paused our tasks. Besides, that contractor insisted that some tasks were impossible to do; however, we proved them wrong. All in all, it wasn’t a fit.

We contacted the Livepage team and another candidate — both businesses looked alike. The second candidate didn’t answer us. We liked the way Livepage communicated with us; we settled all the questions and discussed the workflow. We filled out the brief on 16 July 2021 and started aligning goals and tasks. Even then, we understood that we wanted to work with them. After Livepage had presented the workflow for our project, we made the final decision and the first payment on 21 July 2021.

Every step was planned ahead, and we liked this approach because we share this vision. We projected every step, made the necessary preparations, and just followed the plan. The Livepage team controlled all the tasks as we had an extensive scope of work and workload. This also lead to us being late with submitting materials and developing text copies. The Livepage team has their project deadlines and sticks to them; if a client can’t keep up with their pace, they will have to complete the tasks later.

The Livepage team prepared ToRs for our developers, and now it’s our task to make sure that everything is done accordingly. We’re satisfied with the quality of the ToRs. Though TOR is a hypothesis, we understand that it will be either proved or not by our work and the website performance. Unfortunately, we haven’t yet implemented the ToRs; thus, we can’t tell whether we reached our goals with the help of Livepage.

As the final step, they prepared the content plans based on the priority clusters. Together with the marketing tasks, they were working on additional optimization of our service pages to get more traffic, and also placed sponsored links.

Afterwards, the Livepage team carried out SEO research considering the current content and the one we planned to create. Next, the team developed content plans for key areas and graded the topics according to audience interest and willingness to engage with our representatives. Together, we selected and structured the topics based on traffic potential and competitor analysis. The team employs best practices in their approach. As a result, we established an effective and stable workflow for creating text requirements and content for our blog.

In less than six months of cooperation, the team conducted several types of research, developed content plans for two business directions, and put four technical tasks and blog content into production. Besides, thanks to the Livepage team, there is a stable traffic growth of 30% a month and a steady growth of keyword positions on new pages. Last but not least, we've unleashed internal team resources and focused them on other tasks that fuel our further growth.
