In the end, we had two frontend developers working full-time on our application. They worked on pretty much all the features of our app, from authentication to the development of internal tools.

We measured progress in effort points assigned to tasks and counted per developer at the end of each sprint. LITSLINK always had good scores, and product-wise, this was shown with new features delivered and QA staying high or improving.
Examples of features delivered include the development of forms, the generation of PDF documents, the creation of an in-app CRM, the integration of our GraphQL API, and the creation of an automated end-to-end test suite.

LITSLINK delivered on time and responded well to our needs. When we needed extra capacity, they quickly provided an additional engineer. The developers worked alongside our in-house team and participated in our Scrum process. They also participated in improving product management.
