For our target market, our debt collection is mostly SMS based and in multiple local languages. We've built a model whereby we entice debtors to make payments in a positive way. This specific project focuses on using ML to find the most efficient messages to send, thereby reducing costs, enhancing debt collection performance and better manage debtor relations.
