Listlink collaborated with the product, engineering, and data science teams to develop a new product for the Emergency Department. Our goal was to create a user interface that can monitor multiple patients in the emergency room. This project focused on highlighting key patient information in a data-heavy setting, while ensuring that clinical staff had complete visibility and control.

We operated in a fast-paced Agile environment, regularly incorporating customer feedback, with designs being deployed to production weekly.

Not much I can think of. Very minor but better figma file management and communicating the design files, however we did work in a fast environment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Warning: Terrible Experience and stay away from this subpar, deceitful agency I recently had a dreadful experience with this agency, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. This agency not only withdrew payments from my account without my consent, but they also failed to deliver the promised fully functional app as per our contract for a fixed price of around $15k. 

I possess concrete evidence to support my claims. The incompetence displayed by both their sales, project management and engineering teams, left me with no choice but to abandon the project after I saw their incompetence. Despite the positive reviews and a claimed 100% completion rate, I found their actual performance to be sub-par. 

If you value your peace of mind and wish to avoid unnecessary stress, and endless scope discussions in the middle of project for no reason, I strongly advise against engaging with this firm. They are more adept at taking your money than delivering results, eventually ghosting you. This is a truly incompetent and unreliable company, capable only of handling basic, generic projects like landing pages. 

I had high hopes based on their initial promises and positive reviews, but it quickly became apparent that they are nothing more than a subpar, deceitful firm. They make false commitments and manipulate information. Despite my efforts to maintain a good working relationship, their incompetent team created chaos and stress throughout the project. 

Despite providing detailed design files and excel documents, their responsibility to write a proper specification and later executing on it was poorly executed. The project faced resistance and unnecessary delays from their project managers, sales leading to a two-month setback. 

Despite acknowledging the incomplete work, they shamelessly requested additional funds, eventually ghosting when unable to deliver. Furthermore, it's worth noting that this agency falsely claims to be US-based, engaging in unethical practices such as lying and manipulating information through various communication channels. 

I have ample proof of their deceptive actions in chats, emails, and calls. In conclusion, if you want a successful, on -time project delivery, stress-free project, steer clear of this agency.

We searched on Upwork for Unity developers and shortlisted a few. After interviewing them, we chose LITSLINK based on their past projects and cost estimate.

We started out with a shorter version and extended the project as we went along. We only needed the Unity developer at first, as we had the graphics and design provided by us. The developer was responsible for everything on the Unity side, from scene and prefab creation and architecture, to cross-platform capabilities.

We started out with one programmer which was managed by us directly, and at later stages took on another temporary programmer for some necessary Web development for the program. They also provided us with senior programmers for advice and help on specific complex tasks.

The project was slightly delayed, mostly because of our increasing scope. But we managed to test and deliver the first version on time, and is now being played by hundreds of students, with thousands more planned this year.

The workflow was very effective as I was allowed to work directly with the programmer. The tasks were handled in JIRA, and we talked on Slack daily. The developer made sure to keep us up to date with any delays or complications, and always checked that he was on schedule. The management team was always responsive and helpful with any request or questions we had during work.

They were available for any question or request, and it felt like they always had skilled developers at the ready for any project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Some of the team members did not speak English natively, and were not very practiced at speaking. The company and employees were aware of this, and although we were hesitant at first, it didn't hinder our progress in any way.

The great part about their team is that they have people that specialize in everything, even if you only need someone for a short period of time, like with our server set up, for example.

Both projects are currently in development, but we are very happy with the progress so far. The results of the work are exactly what we are looking for because their planning and communication are so good.
