We had a serious number of issues caused by a previous developer which had rendered our application nearly unusable. Our primary goals was to have the damage repaired, application back in working order as well as make some key improvements once the issues were solved.

We chose this vendor through UpWork and based on their professional attitude towards our project prior to starting work. Our deciding factors were finding qualified personnel that was experienced with the technologies our app was using and had a strong portfolio/reviews to match.

There were over 10 key features that were not functioning and required repair and over 5-6 new ones we wanted added after the repair work on the platform was finished. There was no documentation left by the previous developer nor clear signs of where the issues were coming from. They managed to bring back everything in functioning order within a matter of weeks and complete work on the features we had in mind within the upcoming month.

In addition to this, we had an unforeseen downtime caused by one of our third party providers which they managed to address immediately and bring back service availability to our clients, saving us potential losses in revenue and customer trust.

5 people worked with us, the Account executive who oversaw the state of our project and contracts. One frontend and one backend developer, One DevOps specialist, and an exceptionally qualified project manager who made sure everything was moving on and ahead of schedule as per our expectations.

We were able to restore the services we needed to provide to our clients much faster than anticipated, the repairs were well ahead of the expected estimations. They not only added new features but provided us with a lot of useful suggestions for improvements that they implemented and provided us with helpful advise on how to move forward with our project in the future.

The project management was excellent, communication was crystal clear and the information flow was smooth and transparent which made collaboration very easy and quick. Everything we reported or had questions on was answered very quickly with relevant information on it provided. We communicated through Slack, Jira and conference calls.

The most impressive thing was their proactivity, excellent degree of project communication, and dedication to the work that needed to be carried out.

We managed to have a quick and direct communication via our Slack and email. The company people got quickly involved in our project management and communication tools. Communication process was quick, easy and smooth.

Managers of the company (especially Helena and Vladimir) were very friendly, customer-oriented, very flexible and responsible. Their developers were highly responsible and high-skilled. One of them couldn't stop working on the project, because he found some bugs there, although the project time was already over. He just fixed his bug during his own personal time.

Litslink as a team is fluent in english which makes the collaboration very suiting. First we've met Polina which is the head of the UI/UX team. Through her introduction we've met Anna and Daria which are supporting us in various UI/UX issues. Since Litslink works very coordinated, we can spec out suiting tasks and they are usually done with great UI/UX insights from the respective person.

My team worked directly with Daria and Anna which are UI/UX designers.

We're very pleased with the UI/UX development and it's best indicated in our main product which is the InClub App. Essentially almost all of our UI/UX is delivered by Litslink and we are very proud to be able to collaborate with them.

Considering the workflow everything was seamless. We've had the pleasure to receive feedback fast and improve the UI/UX continously.

It's almost always perfect and if change requests are necessary then they are delivered fast and the modifciations are adjusted.

Most impressive is their understanding of new challenges and tasks. Almost always the UI/UX designers come up with great new ideas that provide enourmous value to the company.

We are giving Litslink full flexibility due to the fact of us having so much trust to them as they've never disappointed therefore any feedback for improvement is on a very high level.
