We had a serious number of issues caused by a previous developer which had rendered our application nearly unusable. Our primary goals was to have the damage repaired, application back in working order as well as make some key improvements once the issues were solved.

We chose this vendor through UpWork and based on their professional attitude towards our project prior to starting work. Our deciding factors were finding qualified personnel that was experienced with the technologies our app was using and had a strong portfolio/reviews to match.

There were over 10 key features that were not functioning and required repair and over 5-6 new ones we wanted added after the repair work on the platform was finished. There was no documentation left by the previous developer nor clear signs of where the issues were coming from. They managed to bring back everything in functioning order within a matter of weeks and complete work on the features we had in mind within the upcoming month.
In addition to this, we had an unforeseen downtime caused by one of our third party providers which they managed to address immediately and bring back service availability to our clients, saving us potential losses in revenue and customer trust.

5 people worked with us, the Account executive who oversaw the state of our project and contracts. One frontend and one backend developer, One DevOps specialist, and an exceptionally qualified project manager who made sure everything was moving on and ahead of schedule as per our expectations.

I work as CEO and in our company we work with AR/VR development.

For what projects/services did your company hire LITSLINK?
We had a big project regarding AR development where we needed some more help and hence we hired Litslink.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to develop the app in a user friendly way meeting the goals set with the client.

How did you select this vendor?
We searched for other specialists who could solve some of our issues and help us when our own developers where busy. Thats how we were introduced to Litslink.

For the first 2-3 months we had initial tests and exploration of different technologies to find the best solution which we could work on. After that we started the development itself and have been doing so since.
What was the team composition?
We had a project manager from litslink whom I was in direct contact with however we had also direct meetings and discussions with the developers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
As the project is still under development (we are working on the last 5%) I cannot share any details so far.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective and they are very transparent in their communication.
