We needed ongoing development and to strengthen our dev team, especially with Laravel developers.

Can you describe the scope of work LiteBreeze Infotech is handling for your event management software?

We’ve used LiteBreeze Infotech for many years, so they’ve been part of many sprints and projects. The largest project is our flagship platform, Beyond, where they’re currently on the team. They’ve helped implement vouchers to set vouchers to participants as part of the payment section in our platform. They’ve also helped implement consumables to hand out consumables to participants, which they use on events to get food tickets, which the organizer can tick when used. As a complex platform, it requires good knowledge and skill to implement.

How did you come to work with LiteBreeze Infotech?

We found them through an online search, when searching for Laravel developers. They had high ratings, a great culture fit, and aligned company values.

We started working with them in June 2021, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen progress in the sprints for ongoing development. LiteBreeze Infotech works very closely with our in-house developers.

How did LiteBreeze Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

They make approximations of their work, and they deliver on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re skilled, honest, and deliver. They also have good internal routines. They always notify us about holidays or sickness.

I’m the CPO of Your Company Sweden AB, a financial services company. We offer a cloud-based service, Ägaranalys, that helps advisory firms provide clear, quality-assured advice to owner-led businesses by simulating and explaining complex relationships between tax, savings, and insurance.

What challenge were you trying to address with LiteBreeze Infotech?

We needed help with general UI improvements for our product, which had become a bit of a Frankenstein's monster over the years.

What was the scope of their involvement?

LiteBreeze Infotech has been helping us with UI improvements based on Figma designs. The team has also been developing new features, making framework migrations, and preparing for future upgrades of our stack. One of the features they've helped us with is an AI-powered customer survey that's sent out to end customers before our users carry out meetings with them. LiteBreeze Infotech has also helped us sunset an old component framework that we leaned on seven years ago and have been stuck with since then.

They were referred to me, and their pricing fit our budget.

We started working together in January 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

LiteBreeze Infotech's work has resulted in increased customer adaptation of our products and a higher delivery pace of new features. We have a number of metrics that we track to assess the current health of the usage of our product, but I can't mention more than that. Overall, we've become faster and more consistent in our deliveries, so it's more of a general feeling than specific KPIs behind that statement.

How did LiteBreeze Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

It's not a project per se but rather an ongoing membership in our product organization. We're happy with the outcome and communication around delivering the assigned tasks. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate that our teammate takes ownership of his domain and works proactively with us to deliver the best possible product. He is transparent about what he thinks and understands and what is not understood. There's no prestige, just a pragmatic approach.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing that I can think of. We appreciate our teammate and think he's a good cultural fit.

I’m the principal and director of First Class Sailing Limited, an RYA-certified sailing school offering sailing courses, weekend sailing, mile-building trips, and sailing holidays in the UK and further afield.

What challenge were you trying to address with LiteBreeze Infotech?

We needed help with website development. There were a number of projects that needed to be done on the site, including front and backend development. Our site has a lot of CRM and operational functionality on the backend. We also needed day-to-day support for the odd bug issues that inevitably creep in and minor changes that needed to be done.

What was the scope of their involvement?

LiteBreeze Infotech has helped with the site's functionality, site speed, reporting improvements, and bug fixes. On the reporting side, they've created a clear reporting section that tells us how many leads we get and how many are converted.

I received a message via LinkedIn about their services. At the time, I wasn't looking for help as we had a developer. However, upon reaching the end of the road with our that developer, I went back to the LinkedIn message. Over the years, I've worked with many different developers, always UK-based. There have been a number of different iterations of our site. LiteBreeze Infotech's price was definitely attractive, so I thought I'd give them a go.

We started working with them in February 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The work gets done in a timely manner to my specifications. LiteBreeze Infotech has improved our homepage's site speed from 40 to 96 (out of 100).

How did LiteBreeze Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time and have great communication throughout. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication is brilliant. I'm in the UK, while Shafeeque and his team are in India. My initial worry was about communication. How was their English going to be? Geographically, there was a time difference, and I would never actually meet them face to face. It turns out they're better at communicating with me than any of the UK developers I've used. I get regular updates from them, and they respond to any queries I have very promptly.

I can't think of anything for LiteBreeze Infotech to improve.

We needed help developing specific features for our system as soon as possible.

What was the scope of their involvement?

LiteBreeze Infotech has been helping us with our entire technical stack. The team has been making recommendations for next steps and developing some features that were currently beyond our resources and time scope. LiteBreeze Infotech has for example developed a schematic calendar view and a multiple file import feature to reduce the manual administration of uploading and creating individual files.

We’ve been working with four teammates from LiteBreeze Infotech, mainly having a continous dialogue with one dedicated person.

One of my colleagues found them. We had a good feeling from our first interaction and introductory meeting. Moreover, they offered a good price for their services.

We started working together in October 2024, and the engagement is ongoing. We’re currently working at a lower capacity than initially, but we intend to increase the work in the near future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

LiteBreeze Infotech has delivered functional code that we’ve implemented in our system. The team has fixed many minor bugs and added new features and functionalities to our system, resulting in a better user experience and more visually appealing interfaces. Moreover, we’ve reduced the manual administrative work for ourselves and our customers.

How did LiteBreeze Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

LiteBreeze Infotech is a service-oriented and professional company that tries to understand our needs before moving on, ensuring we’re on the same page regarding our goals and what we want their help with. The team has delivered on time most of the time. When they haven’t, they’ve communicated clearly and kept us in the loop. We know it’s hard to give accurate estimates in software development, but LiteBreeze Infotech has made us feel informed and apologetic when they haven’t managed to deliver on time.

Regarding communication, we use Basecamp, Jira, and GitLab to discuss tasks and threads. We’ve also had a few Google Meet sessions.

What did you find most impressive about them?

LiteBreeze Infotech’s quick response time, detailed weekly reports, and excellent communication skills stand out. We always know exactly what they’ve accomplished and receive clear specifications of all the work and hours they’ve invested. This transparency makes our collaboration feel more like a true partnership rather than a typical contractor relationship.
