Booking & Payment System Dev for Student Events Agency
"They are super busy, but they still take care of their old customers which is really a big plus."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the founder and CEO of a company that produces big events for students. We basically rent a big vessel and we offer student cruises.
What challenge were you trying to address with LiteBreeze Infotech?
We needed help with developing a booking and payment system.
What was the scope of their involvement?
LiteBreeze built two booking systems for us. I provided them with a sketch and an idea about how the systems should work, and they developed specific code for it.
Both systems have a user login function. Once logged in, users can tailor their event or travel package by adding food and transportation services. They can also print their tickets from the portal.
What is the team composition?
It has been several years, but there was one project leader and four developers on the team during the early phase of the project.
How did you come to work with LiteBreeze Infotech?
I found them on Google. We had a conversation, and when things sounded good, we started the project.
How much have you invested with them?
We have spent around $400,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with them in October 2009, and we continue to regularly update the booking system to this day.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Throughout both projects, LiteBreeze has let us know approximately how much and how many hours it will take, and they have met those estimates more or less.
How did LiteBreeze Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?
There have been times when they went past the deadline, but they still mostly deliver on the dot.
We use Skype, and their communication has been very good.
What did you find most impressive about them?
When we started with them, they checked all the boxes in terms of price, communication, and quality. Though their pricing has increased, they have retained the same high level of communication and work quality, which is very important for us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don’t think so. Whenever we find new things to add to the system, they’re able to do it for us within weeks. They are super busy, but they still take care of their old customers which is really a big plus.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
The key is to establish good communication with them from the very beginning. Be clear when letting them know what your interests, focus, and main agenda are.

Development for Niche Feedback Platform
"It's easy and smooth to work with them. They follow up with updates and don't leave any dead ends."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the founder and CEO of BeamBop.
What challenge were you trying to address with LiteBreeze Infotech?
We wanted to build a SaaS platform with attached apps from scratch and sought a reliable provider for a long-term scope.
What was the scope of their involvement?
With LiteBreeze Infotech as a team, we’ve developed an internet service platform for reporting and real-time feedback, suited for businesses operating in a range of physical environments. The services and backend site have been developed and uploaded on Amazon cloud services, and we used PHP and an open-source database for it. We’ll create mobile apps for the platform in the future.
LiteBreeze Infotech is involved in all technical parts. We’re very engaged in providing detailed requirements to their developers. Together we have discussions around the items, and the solutions evolve as we work them through. After that, the execution is very smooth. They’re encapsulating many processes in their contribution.
What is the team composition?
Our main contact points are two leading developers, one QA tester, and one designer. The team also includes a senior tech coach. Sometimes, someone else at LiteBreeze Infotech helps out.
How did you come to work with them?
When we started working with LiteBreeze Infotech, we were looking for a cost-efficient transparent team that had all technical capabilities encapsulated. We did an extensive search looking for vendors. After a thorough vetting process, we settled on them.
What is the status of the engagement?
We started our engagement in 2018, and the project is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We reached some of our goals. As a startup, we were always behind, but we’re on track with the most important parts. We started off with some pilot projects and now we’ve gained our first customers, and they’re very fond of the solutions.
How did LiteBreeze Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?
They have an agile approach and excellent communication skills. They are knowledgeable and foreseeing. LiteBreeze Infotech cares about the timeline; they always deliver good quality work on time. When in doubt they communicate about this.
They adapt their processes to match our needs. We use Basecamp to provide ideas, plan, and track the project’s progress. Each month, we flow up in retrospect on Skype.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They're very lightweight and accurate in deliveries. Also, the team has good communication skills, and it's easy and smooth to work with them. They follow up with updates and don't leave any dead ends.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Maybe they could integrate new team members with more active knowledge transfer for our solution.
Any advice for potential customers?
Ensure you have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve and outline it to them. Of course, a project like ours also requires good technical knowledge and involvement by the product owner.

Web Dev for Digital Marketing Agency
"There wasn’t anything that they couldn’t solve."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We are a digital marketing agency based in Stockholm, Sweden. We make the most out of our clients’ marketing budgets, running Google ads, Facebook ads, and their respective analytics.
What challenge were you trying to address with LiteBreeze Infotech?
We wanted to build a custom price comparison website that would pull products from different sources, including affiliate networks. For this project, we hired LiteBreeze.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Part of what we do is use APIs from different companies to have a larger set of data for price comparison. We track the products based on their global trade item numbers (GTIM). The tricky part is searching such large amounts of data, which updates at least once a day, so we needed to mash data from different sources to make it indexed and searchable in no more than a few milliseconds.
LiteBreeze is working with us to figure out how to do exactly that. We’re developing our platform on AWS and we’re making use of Elasticsearch. We’re also utilizing CodeIgniter instead of Laravel since we have more internal knowledge of the former. We’re integrating a caching feature as well so that users won’t need to do the same search over and over again. Instead of Laravel, we’re suing
What is the team composition?
I believe they had five people working on the project. This group includes two developers, a server engineer, and an AWS engineer.
How did you come to work with LiteBreeze Infotech?
I knew their owner from my days in school. I was following him, and I knew that he had a Scandinavian approach to running projects, even with a team in India. That mix gave me reassurance that they could deliver what I wanted.
How much have you invested with them?
The cost so far is around $100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with LiteBreeze in April 2018, and we’re still engaged with them for tune-ups on that project. We’re also starting on a couple more things in the coming weeks.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The platform delivers a lot of data. Based on how many products we predicted to have in our catalogs, the platform performs excellently. We’re now working with LiteBreeze to come up with a way that can help the architecture hold up the load. This way, users will not need to wait a long time for search results.
How did LiteBreeze Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?
LiteBreeze uses Basecamp to manage the project and keep us in the loop. They post questions for our team there, and we schedule calls when needed. They always notify us beforehand when a member goes on leave or becomes unavailable for another reason.
We split projects into sprints, and they give us estimates based on our discussions. The LiteBreeze team is pretty good at sticking to those estimates, and they let me know in advance when they need more time for something.
What did you find most impressive about them?
There wasn’t anything that they couldn’t solve. If the person I was talking to lacked a certain skill, they’d ask someone and solve it somehow.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, everything we’ve encountered has been was solved.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It’s definitely good to have LiteBreeze on retainer, as opposed to pausing your project and picking it up again a few months later. This way, LiteBreeze is able to keep someone dedicated to the project.

SaaS Platform Dev for Automotive Tech Company
"They listen, but they also provide good feedback and solutions that we didn't think about prior."

The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the CEO of a company that is developing new technical solutions where we see a need. Part of our company is also run our own car washes and shops. It's mainly in these areas we see a need for new and modern solutions.
For what projects/services did your company hire LiteBreeze Infotech?
We had a need for a new system handling our car washes in a modern and smart way. We couldn't find anything on the market that we really liked and was really suitable for all our needs. We then decided to make our own solution for us to grow in.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We have some parts of the technical know-how in house. But we needed a fast open minded partner to cooperate with. After some research we found this company that looked very professional to us and after a few meetings we felt that this would be a perfect cooperation for us.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We have an idea of what we want to accomplish and a lot of technical skills in house. So partly we are our on project manager. We give directions of what we want and need and then their very professional project managers takes over. Our product develops in different steps at a time. Everything is very professional with time estimations that hold up and and a nice delivery at the end of the project.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We work with a project manager and a few different developers depending on what part we are developing.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Up to this date our products is not completed as a whole. But the company has delivered every part perfectly. When finished this product will mean a huge deal for us in booth our day to day work but also to supply other of our customers.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It's very easy to communicate. After every meeting everything i summarized. The workflow can always be monitored through the project system. They listen, but they also provide good feedback and solutions that we didn't think about prior.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The overall quality och value for money. Very friendly and family like service. That really suits us as a small company with a flat organisation.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing that we can think about right now.

HTML Platform Dev for Construction Company
"The whole organization has knowledge of the program."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the director of a construction company of about 20 people, and we focus on renovating buildings for private customers. We have about 12 people working as lumbermen and carpenters, and the rest are in the office.
What challenge were you trying to address with LiteBreeze Infotech?
We do a lot of work so we had to control all the work orders. We did that in Excel at first, but the company was growing and Excel was also getting slow. The next step was to put it on a website and that's what LiteBreeze did for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I got in contact with them and sent them my program in Excel. I asked them if they can make it in HTML website doc, and said it was possible. They gave me an estimate of how much it would be and I said, okay, I'll try it. If it works, fine — if not, then, nice try. They started and we made a good workable program.
Now, the program is not only for the work orders, but the whole company’s information system and bookkeeping system is in this program — everything we have to do is in the program. We started in 2015 and now we are seven years into it. The program was finished about two or three years ago, and they’re now only on maintenance. Sometimes something changes, so they make updates, but it's more or less just maintenance work now.
What is the team composition?
I have worked with a lot of them during that time. I started with the guy who's now the director, Ajit, then there came a couple of other people. I was always afraid it would be a disturbance, but it was never a big problem. If they had a run or a sprint, that will be done by 1–3 people, but they never changed during the sprint.
Sometimes someone else comes, but it’s never a problem, and it's also good that the whole organization has knowledge of the program.
How did you come to work with LiteBreeze Infotech?
It's a long time ago, so I don't really remember, but I believe I've got some friends who were working with the Bank in Holland at that time, ABN AMRO. They told me they were working with some guys in India, and I was triggered by this because that may also be a possibility for me. I asked around and did a little bit of searching for HTML website writing.
I then came across LiteBreeze. I sent them an email, they responded, and that's how things went further. In addition, I also looked at reviews while searching.
How much have you invested with them?
Initially, I remember they would only do the work orders, which would be around €8,000 EUR (approximately $9,400 USD). We then proceeded to develop the program and every time we went further, they always made new prices. In the seven years we’ve worked together, we've spent around €75,000 EUR (approximately $88,200 USD) for the program in total.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together at the beginning of 2015, or around the end of 2014. I don't know exactly, but the major work was done in 2015, and the partnership is still ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Everybody here likes the program. It's flexible, it's fast, and we made it ourselves. For me, the important thing is that it must be flexible, fast, and easy to use. We managed that and we are very pleased with it. In the past, I worked with a lot of other programs that weren’t custom-made, so it was always a disaster and very expensive — this isn’t really cheap, but it's not a disaster, and it works very well.
A big advantage is if you want to change something, you speak to them and they do it. I think IT is very important for your business. It's the heart of the business and if someone else decides what's going to happen, it's not good. That's why I always choose to do it myself.
How did LiteBreeze perform from a project management standpoint?
Our communication is all textual. I asked them that we text because, in the beginning, I tried calling through Skype, but it's very difficult to talk with them — their English is very good, but we Europeans don't really understand it. It's a problem I hear often with the Indian pronunciation. Therefore, I learned to talk through the program. They use Basecamp which works very nicely. I put some examples on the site, and we mail a little through the program. They also make plans in Google, sprint plans, and those sorts of things, but it's mainly through Basecamp. I think in the beginning, you must get used to it and you must provide good examples. It costs a lot of time, but it's clear — you can also look back because it's also a good dossier.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The best part is they always respond, and I trust them — I even made an earlier review for them. Normally, when I do business, I first make contact in life, but that's not really possible since they’re from India.
You must build the relationship through the internet. It was difficult for me to give my business and trust them, but every time there’s a problem, you email them, and they respond within 10 minutes or something — they built the trust. Seven years later, it's the same every time and they’ve never failed me.
The website went down only 10 times in all these years. I send a Basecamp mail which they respond to quickly, and the website would be fixed again. The most important thing is that they are reliable.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Maybe they can improve verbal communication a little bit. I think it's difficult, but I see that working by Basecamp is good because you have some paper and you can give examples. It's a little bit more work, but on the other side it works well. It would also be nice if someone is in Europe or something, and they come by sometimes. I know the owner lives in Norway or Sweden, so maybe he could fly to Amsterdam or something.
Any advice for potential customers?
If I tell someone to go with LiteBreeze, I always tell them, you must know what you are doing and you must have an understanding of IT. If you don't understand IT, I think it's more difficult to work with them because you have to exactly say what you want and they’ll do it — you cannot give a random question and they fill it in.
