We hired them to validate the business idea: a healthy food delivery platform based on a nutritional plan. They handled both the validation and the development of the web and mobile app, as well as the design. They started by doing market reserch on the market in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, they analyzed competitors. Market reserch they did through usability interviews.
After completing this stage, we launched some experiments on the market, led by them, to see which variant is the most reliable from a business point of view. During all this time feedback was taken from all users, we adapted it and managed to create a platform for the Cluj market. From Linnify came a product success manager, a designer and 2-3 developers.

We have repeat customers who order from us. Even though an experiment was launched for 2 weeks and only a few people had access, we had enough customers, many of them ordering repeatedly, even daily.

They were very good on this side, they understood our vision and went for it. Always when there was something to be done, everything was done on time and just right. Bethany Social Services Foundation was founded in 1991 by Bethany Christian Services, an organization in the United States of America dedicated to improving the lives of children. From the beginning, the Bethany Foundation has focused its activity on the prevention of abandonment and the reintegration of abandoned children into biological, foster, or adoptive families. Slowly, the social profile of the foundation has changed, and it is now dedicated to disabled children and children living the rural areas.

After the release of the website, we had multiple interviews with dedicated users (people with disabilities) and we have received amazing feedback from them regarding our platform. They said that the website is accessible, simple, and has a clear structure. This means that our objective was achieved. We owe this to Linnify’s team as they understood exactly the why behind our platform.

Their PM was extremely helpful, always ready to find solutions to any of our problems and helped us with anything that we might have needed. I was delighted with the way they approached this project as they understood from the beginning our objectives.
It felt as they truly cared about doing the right things (they came up with the idea of having discovery interviews with disabled people to better understand their needs, and even helped us with the creation of the logo for the platform). We mainly communicated via email and Whatsapp.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What we appreciated the most was the fact that they wanted to discuss with people with disabilities to better understand their needs and create a platform that brings real value to them - they managed to deliver exactly that. Every issue that we might have encountered was solved extremely fast.

I am the CEO of a telemedical plattform and company headquartered in Austria.

For what projects/services did your company hire Linnify, and what were your goals?
drd is a solution to the shortage of affordable medical doctors in Austria. Now, anyone can have easy access to General Practitioners without waiting. This is the first Austrian telemedical platform. When we contacted Linnify, we already had a web application. However, it was unstable and had major bug issues. We wanted a stable and scalable solution that would bring value to our customers. We knew this would be challenging considering that we had a short time frame and limited budget, due to the investment already done in the existing solution.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Our interim CTO, Marc has been working with Linnify for more than 5 years. He recommended them to us based on their experience of working with start-ups requiring them to scale up fast at high-quality standards.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We started with a design phase to ensure the new version offers an improved and intuitive UX/UI. After we approved the design we moved to the development phase. The web application was developed using Angular and the backend using Django.The most important and complex features of the application were: ensuring secure document access, real-time video consultations, and the complex payment system containing multiple subscription types and providers.

We had a PM from our team. Linnify’s team for this project was composed of: a Business Manager, a UX/UI designer, 2 Frontend developers, and 1 Backend developer.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
They moved very fast to offer us a product that is functional and can be used by real users. We were very satisfied with the design of the app and how everything turned out. A measurable outcome is a decrease in the number of customer complaints due to the app not functioning properly.

Linnify was a huge help for us. They wanted us to succeed and went above and beyond to help us find the best solution to meet our time and budget constraints. They acted as partners with their main focus being on the product and it going to the market. The team was incredibly responsive as they were always one phone call away. They have a product-oriented team of developers who are always focused on finding the best development solutions for the application's long-term stability. We kept in touch via Slack and Google Meet for day-to-day operations.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The fact that they wanted our project to succeed and went out of their way to help. They did everything as promised and were supportive of us. We could always call them if we encountered a problem and they would get back to us with a solution.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I wish they would have pushed us even harder than they did and that they would have insisted more on the planning part of the project.
