I founded Freiheit Software about three years ago. We provide IT services, mostly software development, for companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Linnify?

I was looking for a company to collaborate with on development projects. I wanted to subcontract them for needed development resources.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Linnify has worked on several projects for us. One of them included collaboratively developing and implementing features for an insurtech startup. They used PHP and jQuery initially but migrated to include Java code.

For another project, they took the setup we installed and continued with additional features as requested by the client. Their team used Ruby on Rails in the backend, but most of their work took place on the frontend, using Angular.

For the latest project, they worked on development from scratch. Their team used Google Cloud as the hosting provider, and some of the software’s functions also use Google Cloud. The backend development used Django, and the frontend used Angular.

What is the team composition?

Initially, I worked with two people. For the current project, there are about four developers working.

How did Linnify perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Jira for information exchange, Slack for communication, and Google Hangouts for video-call meetings. We maintain daily contact for specific projects. I speak with my main point of contact at least 2–3 times per week about the progress of projects. We have strong communication which has only gotten better over the course of our business relationship. They take change requests in stride.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Linnify is very ambitious considering their company size. They’re great at communicating and making themselves available. We can call at any time, and they’ll make time to work with us. They definitely know what they’re doing from a technical perspective. Their team has intense recruitment procedures and strategies to produce excellent developers. They’ve mastered the ability to provide a quality product in a timely fashion.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can improve on testing against edge cases. We’re working on that, and they’re progressing in that area.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Their team has the ability to deliver a whole process without being too time-intensive. They communicate the cost beforehand, which can be a tricky topic. Linnify cares about their customers and works to keep you updated along the process.

Linnify partnered with us to design and build Practice Matrix, a web-based platform and business intelligence ecosystem for mental health group practices. The work spanned platform architecture, product engineering, and the transition of complex operational logic into a modern web application. Key deliverables included the core web platform, the underlying architecture, and the engineering work required to turn detailed operational and business intelligence requirements into reliable, working product features. The engagement has been ongoing, with Linnify continuing to support the platform as our needs evolve.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The clearest measure of success has been Linnify's ability to take complex, sometimes abstract ideas and translate them into concrete, working platform features. The result is a reliable web platform that we trust and continue to build on. Rather than a single vanity metric, the strongest signal is that the platform is in active use and that we have chosen to continue and expand the engagement as our needs grow.

Their project management was strong and consistent. They were responsive, clear about tradeoffs, and proactive in flagging issues rather than waiting to be asked. Communication never felt transactional, and they operated like a true partner invested in the outcome rather than a vendor billing hours. As our needs evolved, they evolved with us. That reliability is a large part of why our collaboration continues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Two things. First, their depth of technical execution: the platform they built is reliable and well-architected. Second, and more rare, their willingness to understand our domain. Mental health practice operations carry real complexity around compliance, workflows, and reimbursement, and Linnify engaged with that complexity instead of abstracting it away. They behaved like a true product partner rather than a contractor taking orders.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Linnify could have done differently?

Nothing significant. As with any deep collaboration, occasional time-zone coordination required planning, but it was never a real obstacle.

I’m the CTO of Impower GmbH, a cloud-based ERP and accounting software company. We offer a platform for property management companies that, through digital invoice capture, automation, and an intuitive interface, makes management processes more efficient and flexible.

We needed help building AI-based workflows.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Linnify helped us build high-accuracy AI-based workflows that auto-train based on usage, with match rates of 95%. The team delivered the agentic workflow as a data service, and we handled the integration and UX on our side.

The workflows focused on two processes: automated invoice processing, which extracts accounts payable information from invoices, and automated transaction reconciliation, which allocates transactions to raised debts or accounts. Both processes learn from user input.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Linnify delivered a working workflow with a 90%–95% detection accuracy rate, depending on the field. The processing time was 5–30 seconds, depending on the document complexity. The cost of processing was $50–$500 per 100,000 invoices.

How did Linnify perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered the agreed-upon scope on time; we only adjusted the timeline for holiday planning. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

I was impressed by their clear, structured communication and their professional and transparent project management. The team was proactive, had great AI expertise, and flexibly adapted according to our needs. They focused on outcomes over processes and contracts and had a clear focus on deadlines and deliverables.

The scope of this collaboration was to develop a professional presentation website to

elevate bluecap’s digital presence and enhance our global reach.

The website was developed using Webflow, with the account being created and

managed by bluecap. 

Webflow was selected due to its robust capabilities for custom design, advanced

SEO, and support for complex website structures requiring multiple integrations. It

also provides the flexibility to incorporate custom code as needed.

They also worked on various app updates, adding new features requested by our users, as well as regular improvements and bug fixes.

The most important thing is that the app and website now work well and run smoothly without bugs. The number of users has increased, I save time when creating training programs, we’ve received positive feedback from clients, and we spend less time on technical support.

We hired them to validate the business idea: a healthy food delivery platform based on a nutritional plan. They handled both the validation and the development of the web and mobile app, as well as the design. They started by doing market reserch on the market in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, they analyzed competitors. Market reserch they did through usability interviews.

After completing this stage, we launched some experiments on the market, led by them, to see which variant is the most reliable from a business point of view. During all this time feedback was taken from all users, we adapted it and managed to create a platform for the Cluj market. From Linnify came a product success manager, a designer and 2-3 developers.

We have repeat customers who order from us. Even though an experiment was launched for 2 weeks and only a few people had access, we had enough customers, many of them ordering repeatedly, even daily.

They were very good on this side, they understood our vision and went for it. Always when there was something to be done, everything was done on time and just right. Even if we were coming in with requests even on the last hundred meters, somehow they managed to fulfill them in a time impossible for others, that's because everyone in the project was very committed to what they were doing.

My name is Anca Todică and I have been working for the Bethany Social Services Foundation for a year, the place where I started as a social worker for a short-term project for the first 6 months. After that, I joined the “ACCESS HUB - Increasing active citizenship for people with disabilities” project whose main objective was to build a web platform that could be accessible to people with disabilities.

Bethany Social Services Foundation was founded in 1991 by Bethany Christian Services, an organization in the United States of America dedicated to improving the lives of children. From the beginning, the Bethany Foundation has focused its activity on the prevention of abandonment and the reintegration of abandoned children into biological, foster, or adoptive families. Slowly, the social profile of the foundation has changed, and it is now dedicated to disabled children and children living the rural areas.

For what projects/services did your company hire Linnify, and what were your goals?

We have hired Linnify for the development of a web platform that focuses on presenting useful information to people with disabilities from Romania. The platform targets all age categories and offers guidelines on how to create an admission file for a disability classification, how to prepare the file for reevaluation, how to create an employment file, how to obtain a personal assistant, and what are the general and particular legal rights and benefits of a person with disabilities.

Our long-term goals are:

• increasing the capacity of vulnerable people, parents of children with disabilities, and young people affected by the issue of disability, through learning, education, and advocacy actions for improved access to public and social services.
• the development and dissemination of a new model of empowerment of vulnerable groups affected by the disability issue.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the release of the website, we had multiple interviews with dedicated users (people with disabilities) and we have received amazing feedback from them regarding our platform. They said that the website is accessible, simple, and has a clear structure. This means that our objective was achieved. We owe this to Linnify’s team as they understood exactly the why behind our platform.

Their team was incredible. They were proactive and very fast both in communication and solving tasks. The website was created in no time, much faster than we could have imagined. Their PM was extremely helpful, always ready to find solutions to any of our problems and helped us with anything that we might have needed. I was delighted with the way they approached this project as they understood from the beginning our objectives.

It felt as they truly cared about doing the right things (they came up with the idea of having discovery interviews with disabled people to better understand their needs, and even helped us with the creation of the logo for the platform). We mainly communicated via email and Whatsapp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What we appreciated the most was the fact that they wanted to discuss with people with disabilities to better understand their needs and create a platform that brings real value to them - they managed to deliver exactly that. Every issue that we might have encountered was solved extremely fast.
