Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Develop a lifestyle & wellness companion app that will let users track and view their fitness progress by connecting fitness devices like activity trackers, body fat scales and blood pressure monitors. Available categories for tracking: Activity, Sleep, Weight, Blood Pressure & Pulse. The app will also accompany the users in their progress by suggesting trackable and non-trackable habits/tasks for the categories as well as general lifestyle and nutrition tipps. To make the experience more human and relatable, the app also includes a visual and digitally alive "creature" (work-name AVI) that will visually reflect the health status of the user according to the tracked or entered data. Additional features include alarm-setting and notifications with Activity Trackers. All data can be saved locally or - optionally - saved into the company's cloud. Account set-up and management included. The app can also be connected to other tracking apps like Google fit, Apple Health or Samsung S-Health. Data export via CSV is also possible.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project management and communication were very professional and efficient. There were constant updates, shared tools, and, if necessary, daily stand-ups. Milestones were regularly reached on time. If issues came up, LetoSoft would inform us as soon as possible, always offering multiple solutions and finding creative and functional ways to fix problems if needed. LetoSoft always listened carefully to our wishes and needs, trying to make it all happen while providing advice and keeping user reality in mind.
