Partnership with consulting company (Launch Boom).

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

I communicated with Lemon Light on Script, then we arranged a time to shoot the video. Videographer followed script. Then we communicated on the editing process of the video. Then I approved final step in the video.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Chloe is who I worked with I believe we worked well together I feel like I would want to work with her on my next project so we can kind of make the next one 2 times better as I know more about the process and would rather not work with someone different.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I think the video that was delivered is good to go. We are campaign ready that video has returned some positive feedback.

Team collaboration, using the tools that you feel comfortable with, and a collaboration tool Frame.io for the video.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They surprised us with some of their video edits, which helped make our product stand out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Areas of improvement. 1.) Videographer probably needs to have photos of the area that is being shot in. This way they may understand how best to light the area. 2.) Videographer should have a clause that I can sign off on, saying that the shot was changed because Client. That way they are no longer liable for a shot that was on the script. I felt like the videographer was trying to follow script word for word instead because they didn't want to be at fault for not shooting something when I the client am clearly telling them how and what is supposed to be in the shot. But this comes with experience, I will be better prepared next time and mainly fault myself for the misdirection.
