We are a digital marketing company, we want to partner with our clients and help them increase their engagement and revenue through effective management of their digital footprint.

We were looking for IT staff augmentation, as we only had two freelancer working with us, but when the time of moving forward came, we needed to count with a good team of developers, we wanted to have people responsible and capable of delivering the MVP of our app.

All the projects they have done before for other companies and the great reputation Leaware has, and all the great staff who is very professional

We had some calls and they explained to us what they will do once their team started to work with us, they told us they work with scrum methodology and they showed us some examples from previous projects similar to ours they worked on and the steps they take, also they told us Trello would be also good for the communication and showed us why.

We got a two people team of Full stack developer, both were semi-senior architecture specialists using MERN

Goals were achieved in the time they told us, which was a great positive point for us.

They were capable of delivering great results on time, which is good for us and also for them, they keep constant communication and are aware of quality, their developers speak great English, they also teach you while they are delivering results.

Some minor problems with scheduling, mostly with small projects.
