They really helped me take my website to the next level and quickly developed what I needed. They also made the whole process easy and explained everything to me so I could continue to keep the same process going.
We communicate about what I needed they quoted me a price, sent an invoice and immediately got started on the project. The turn around time was super fast. They after help me understand what they did and how to implement the modification. Then my client requested more work. The process was super easy to hire them again and the process was the same.

They were able to complete the job with relatively little information. They got access to our website back end, found the root cause, and fixed it with minimal support / supplemental info.

The ONE thing I wish had been different is that I would have liked to have gotten a timeline from them. This was a very short project (1 week), but after granting admin access, I would have liked them to tell me what their approach would be and how long they thought it would take, or when I could expect to hear from them. Instead, I granted admin access and, five business days later, I got an email telling me the project was done.
