Our request was to change the floating menu to a classic burger menu for the mobile version for a 3rd party Shopify theme. We did not have a specific timeline but were looking for someone who could finish the project by the end of December.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The change from a floating menu to a burger menu based on our needs and one example. The menu works just fine, looks better than the previous menu and is more convenient for our customers.

Jay from LanternSol was quick to respond, and it took him much less time to finish the project than we expected. Not only did he create a burger menu based on our needs but also made sure to add customization options (which was very kind of him).

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the e-commerce marketing coordinator for Soko & Co, a home organizational company. We help clients declutter their world and strive for a simplistic look for home storage with our products.

What challenge were you trying to address with LanternSol?
We hired LanternSol for website development.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We contacted LaternSol, and they connected us with a freelancer to start. LanternSol added a search bar to our website for customers to search for products more easily. We provided their team with documentation for how we wanted the search bar to look on mobile and desktop. Key technologies included HTML and CSS.

We worked with Jay (Founder).
How did you come to work with LanternSol?
We emailed the company we used to create our website, and they gave us a list of companies who could complete the task. LanternSol was on this list, so we reached out. LanternSol responded quickly, so we decided to move forward together.

We spent less than $100 AUD (approximately $70 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together in September 2023; the engagement lasted less than a week.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We measured the project's success based on LanternSol’s ability to complete the project within an appropriate timeline. Overall, we were very satisfied, and they met our expectations. We plan on working together again in the future.

LanternSol delivered the website on time and within budget. We communicated via email.

We were impressed with the deliverable, and LanternSol worked quickly. They are talented at what they do and have a strong team of individuals working for them.
