The developers used to fill the project progress card on client provided JIRA and GIT accesses. They also made sure to fill in the hours spent in each task for the complete transparency During the daily scrum calls they used to present the detailed report of work to the client There were few incidents where some out of scope requirement arose during the project i.e.AWS and Devops, over which they extended their support and got the work done without any additional cost.

Their team was very smart, and they had dedicated members for each part of the development process, someone for the backend, frontend, database, etc. Another thing that we found great about them was that they were able to finish the project before our deadline.

As a fellow software developer, I know how agile processes work, so our communication was great and very regular. As a sample, the team has already built a dating app for people who want to look for their soul mate or for people who are simply looking for relationships. The end users can share their skills and interests on their profiles before they can get a notification from other users. After that, they can schedule a date if they want. Furthermore, different subscriptions models can be availed by our end-users, and a payment method has been integrated into the platform.
