The whole branding for Empire Eagle Security was done by them, and we’re very happy with the results. Their team is responsive, easy to work with, and always delivers on time. Since working with KS Global, our brand presence has grown significantly. The new website and SEO strategy brought us higher search rankings within the first few months, resulting in a clear increase in website traffic and enquiries. Our company profile and branding materials have also helped us secure more client meetings and build stronger credibility with prospects. Overall, the complete branding work by KS Global has directly improved our visibility, professionalism, and lead generation.

KS Global managed the project very well from start to finish. They delivered each item — logo, website, company profile, and SEO setup — on time as promised. Communication was smooth, and they were always quick to respond to our questions and requests. Whenever we needed changes or had new ideas, they adjusted fast and guided us with the best solutions. Overall, their project management was efficient, reliable, and client-focused.

What impressed us most about KS Global was that they handled everything under one roof — from logo design, website, company profile, to SEO. We didn’t have to deal with multiple vendors, and the branding came out consistent and professional across all platforms. Their ability to understand our business needs quickly and deliver designs that matched our vision was unique. The personal attention, creativity, and results-driven approach really set them apart.

Are there any areas for improvement or something KS Global could have done differently?

Overall, we’re very happy with KS Global’s work. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be providing even more regular progress updates during the project. While they always delivered on time and responded quickly when we reached out, having scheduled status updates could make the process even smoother. That said, their quality and commitment were excellent, and we would definitely work with them again

I’m the CEO of a security services company.

What challenge were you trying to address with KS Global?

We wanted to rank higher on Google and needed a corporate website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

KS Global designed our website and is doing our SEO. They also designed and printed our company profile. The website is an informative site with all the Google tools installed.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with six members of their team.

How did you come to work with KS Global?

We found them through an online search and their Clutch profile. We believed they could deliver the work for our web design and SEO, and their budget fit our budget.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about RM9,800 on web design, RM3,000 per month on SEO, RM2,800  on company profile design, and RM4,500 on printing.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2024. The web design was completed in June 2024, but the SEO work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re getting inquiries via Google search and have made RM2 million in the past two years from Google search alone. Our inquiries have increased, and we’ve closed more sales through it. I’d say we’ve increased our inquiries by 700%.

How did KS Global perform from a project management standpoint?

They always deliver before the timeline, guide us well, and manage the project well. We communicate via face-to-face meetings and phone calls.
