What was the scope of their involvement?

Krononsoft was engaged to perform an independent technical sanity review of a confidential AI infrastructure IP portfolio and its associated source code package. The purpose of the engagement was not to conduct a full due diligence, security audit, production certification, or commercial valuation. Instead, the objective was to provide an independent assessment of whether the main technical module operated as described and whether the supporting technical materials were coherent with the accompanying documentation.

Main Activities Performed

1. Independent Technical Review of the SPRF Module

• Reviewed the main SPRF (Pre-LLM Request Filter) module.
• Verified local deployment and execution.
• Confirmed API functionality and expected behavior.
• Tested key decision scenarios, including new requests, exact duplicates, and near-duplicate requests.
• Reviewed session handling and associated logic.

2. Technical Coherence Review

• Compared the source code package against the accompanying technical documentation.
• Assessed whether the implemented behavior was broadly consistent with the documented design and intended functionality.
• Reviewed supporting modules at a high level for technical coherence.

3. Load and Performance Testing

• Conducted local load testing using Locust.
• Measured response times, throughput, and stability under tested conditions.
• Confirmed successful execution without failed requests during the test scenarios performed.

4. Technical Findings and Recommendations

• Identified areas for improvement, including automated testing coverage, dependency/version management, code structure and optimization opportunities, and documentation improvements.
• Performed a follow-up review after selected improvements were implemented.

• Local load testing completed with zero failed requests under the tested scenarios.
• Low concurrency test: 2,922 requests, 0 failures, average response around 6.53 ms.
• High concurrency test: 42,356 requests, 0 failures, average response around 114.37 ms.
• Technical issues identified and addressed, including version-pinned requirements, basic automated tests, and RedisStore cleanup.
• Updated report confirmed the package is suitable as a starting point for buyer-side controlled technical diligence, subject to limitations.
• Kaizenology gained an independent technical validation asset to support broker, investor, and strategic buyer discussions.

Before the project, we had fragmented information, conflicting diagnoses from different developers, and no unified understanding of the platform’s true condition. These outcomes made it possible to move from guesswork to structured execution — a measurable shift in alignment, speed, and decision-quality across the entire project.

Krononsoft’s project management was excellent. Communication was clear, structured, and consistently proactive. Vadim (CEO) made it very easy to move through a complex review by keeping the scope tight, summarizing decisions, and clarifying next steps at every stage. 
He listened carefully, crystallized information quickly, and translated it into actionable outputs.They delivered on time. Every milestone in the review was completed within the agreed timeframe, and whenever new context emerged, they adapted without losing momentum or diluting the deliverables.
