Krishang Technolab handled the project across the full development lifecycle, beginning with requirements planning and UI/UX design and continuing through development, integration, quality assurance, refinements, and deployment. One of the primary deliverables was a secure customer portal designed for our business clients and enterprise partners. The portal provided users with a more structured way to access relevant information, monitor services, communicate with our organization, and manage their interactions with us. The focus was on creating a professional experience that reduced unnecessary back-and-forth and made important information easier to access. The most significant outcome was the consolidation of several previously disconnected processes into a much more centralized digital environment. The customer portal gave our enterprise clients and partners a more structured and transparent way to interact with us, while the distributor portal created a more organized process for onboarding, documentation, communication, and equipment-related activities. Internally, the production dashboard gave management a much clearer operational overview. Information that previously required more manual effort to locate, organize, or interpret could be presented in a more accessible format. From the beginning, the team worked with us to understand the requirements, establish priorities, and break the project into manageable stages. Communication was consistent, and the project manager made it easy for our team to raise questions, provide feedback, or discuss changes. What I appreciated particularly was their flexibility. As we reviewed different parts of the platform, there were naturally areas where we wanted adjustments or had additional ideas based on what we were seeing. Rather than treating these changes as obstacles, the team evaluated them and explained the most practical way to incorporate them while maintaining the broader project objectives.

What impressed me most was the combination of technical capability and genuine business understanding. Krishang Technolab did not approach the engagement as simply a matter of receiving requirements and developing features. They took the time to understand how our mobility operations worked, who would be using the different systems, and what we ultimately wanted the platform to accomplish. That understanding was reflected in the way they approached the different portals and dashboards. They recognized that an enterprise customer, distributor, internal operations employee, and management user would have very different requirements and expectations. The team therefore focused on making each experience relevant and intuitive rather than trying to force everyone into the same workflow. Their UI/UX capabilities were also impressive. The interfaces were professional, organized, and relatively easy for different user groups to navigate, which was important given the amount of operational information being presented.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Krishang Technolab could have done differently?

Overall, our experience with Krishang Technolab was very positive, and we were satisfied with both the collaboration and the final solution. If I had one recommendation for improvement, it would be to provide even more comprehensive post-deployment training and onboarding sessions immediately after launch. Because the platform included multiple portals, dashboards, and new workflows, larger operational teams could have benefited from additional hands-on training and guided walkthroughs during the initial adoption period. I would also recommend providing more role-specific training materials for different groups of users, such as administrators, distributors, enterprise customers, and internal operations teams. This would make it even easier for organizations with larger teams to adopt the platform consistently.

our experience was excellent, and there are very few areas I would change. The project was well managed, the communication was consistent, and the final platform addressed the objectives we originally established. If I had one recommendation, it would be to provide even more detailed user training and onboarding materials earlier in the rollout process. Because the solution introduced several new portals, dashboards, and workflows, having role-specific training resources available from the beginning would have made the transition even easier for some of our larger user groups.

The first few weeks of the engagement were spent understanding how information moved across our organization. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The operational improvements became evident shortly after adoption because every department was working from the same information.
Maintenance requests reached the appropriate teams much faster, eliminating unnecessary back-and-forth communication and reducing response times. Property managers no longer spent large portions of their day searching for documents or requesting updates from multiple departments because building information, service histories, and tenant communications were all accessible through one platform.
Management reporting also changed considerably. Portfolio performance, outstanding maintenance requests, lease activity, and operational workloads could be reviewed through live dashboards instead of being assembled manually from different reporting systems.
The AI-supported maintenance recommendations helped identify recurring issues before they generated repeated tenant requests, allowing our facilities teams to address root causes instead of treating each work order as an isolated event.
Perhaps the most meaningful outcome was consistency. Regardless of which property someone managed, the same workflows, information, and reporting standards were now available across the organization.
We monitored several operational improvements after the platform was implemented. The average response time for tenant maintenance requests decreased by around 40%, as work orders were automatically routed to the appropriate teams and field staff could update job statuses directly through the mobile application. We needed to bring engagement management, approvals, and client documentation into one connected workflow. We also wanted to reduce the amount of manual administration through mobile access and intelligent automation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Krishang Technolab met with professionals from our audit, tax, advisory, and administration departments to understand where work slowed down. Much of the discussion centered on document reviews, engagement approvals, deadline management, and the constant movement of information between different systems. Once those workflows had been mapped, they proposed a solution that reflected the way our firm operates instead of asking us to adapt to a generic platform. The completed solution introduced a single workspace where engagement files, client records, assignment planning, document reviews, approval chains, billing preparation, and reporting could all be managed together. Managers gained a clear view of ongoing work while team members always knew the current status of each engagement. The mobile application became especially useful for employees working at client offices. Whether reviewing working papers, uploading supporting evidence, approving documents, or responding to internal requests, staff could remain connected without returning to the office. Artificial intelligence was introduced carefully and with a practical purpose. Incoming documents were categorized automatically, engagement summaries were generated to help reviewers prepare more quickly, incomplete submissions were flagged before they delayed assignments, and intelligent search reduced the time spent locating historical files. Krishang Technolab handled the project end to end. Their team was responsible for the custom software development, mobile application development, AI implementation, system architecture, and integration with our existing accounting applications. They also designed the workflow automation, configured user roles and approval processes, migrated relevant data, performed testing, managed deployment, and provided user training and post-launch support.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The improvements were noticeable in day-to-day operations almost immediately after the rollout. Preparing a new client engagement required considerably less coordination because documentation, approvals, and task assignments followed one structured process instead of moving through separate applications. Managers no longer waited until the end of the week to understand team workloads because current engagement information was always available through live dashboards.Finding historical client information also became much easier. What previously involved searching multiple folders or requesting files from colleagues could now be completed within moments using the platform's intelligent search capabilities.The AI features helped reduce repetitive administrative work by identifying missing documentation before review and automatically organizing uploaded files, allowing our professionals to spend more of their time advising clients rather than performing manual administrative tasks.The platform has given us greater consistency across departments and made it easier to maintain the quality standards expected from our profession.We tracked several improvements after the platform was rolled out. Are there any areas they could improve?

Very little comes to mind. If I had one suggestion, it would be to introduce additional onboarding videos alongside the written documentation for new users. The system itself is intuitive, but short video walkthroughs for individual modules would make adoption even smoother for larger teams.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest improvement was having reliable operational data available in one place. Information that previously required multiple teams to compile could now be accessed through centralized dashboards, allowing managers to make decisions much faster.Our service engineers became more productive because they no longer depended on printed documentation or multiple systems while working in the field. Maintenance records were updated immediately after each visit, which improved visibility for our customer support and service coordination teams.
The AI-powered maintenance insights also proved valuable by helping identify equipment that showed early warning signs before issues escalated. This allowed us to plan service activities more proactively instead of reacting to avoidable breakdowns.Since implementation, communication between departments has become much smoother, reporting is considerably faster, and our service organization has a stronger digital foundation to support future growth across international markets.
After implementation, our field service teams reduced the time required to complete and submit maintenance reports from around 45 minutes to less than 15 minutes per visit because all service information could be captured directly through the mobile application. Overall, we were very satisfied with the engagement. If there’s one area they could strengthen further, it would be expanding the end-user training materials with additional role-specific learning resources for larger international deployments. Aside from that, the collaboration met our expectations from beginning to end.
