What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest improvement was having reliable operational data available in one place. Information that previously required multiple teams to compile could now be accessed through centralized dashboards, allowing managers to make decisions much faster.Our service engineers became more productive because they no longer depended on printed documentation or multiple systems while working in the field. Maintenance records were updated immediately after each visit, which improved visibility for our customer support and service coordination teams.
The AI-powered maintenance insights also proved valuable by helping identify equipment that showed early warning signs before issues escalated. We were pleasantly surprised by the project.  We saw a 50% improvement in demo sign-ups and a 35% rise in qualified leads in the first quarter following launch.  Significant improvements in page load speeds led to higher engagement and lower bounce rates.  The website now more accurately represents our contemporary brand and helps us achieve our marketing and sales objectives.

Nothing major, really.  From beginning to end, the project went smoothly.  Although their support staff was always willing to assist when we required clarification, we would really want to see them further develop their documentation process.

If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be to expand their post-deployment documentation process a bit more some technical notes could have been more detailed. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall excellent quality of their work.
