The scope covered both customer-facing technology and the systems needed to support our retail operations. One of the largest deliverables was the development of a dedicated iOS and Android shopping and tourist-discovery application. The application allowed users to discover participating boutiques, explore products, check product availability, make reservations, receive notifications, and interact with digital shopping features. Krishang Technolab also worked on improving the online shopping experience. We wanted international tourists to be able to browse participating boutiques and products more naturally, understand what was available, and move toward purchasing without encountering unnecessary friction. Behind the customer experience, the team worked on the technology connecting boutiques, inventory information, shoppers, reservations, deliveries, and internal operations. This was particularly important because the customer-facing experience depends heavily on having reliable information behind it. The project gave us a much stronger digital foundation for connecting our physical retail network with online shoppers and international tourists. It was the fact that we could start thinking about the customer journey as one connected experience rather than separate online, boutique, reservation, and delivery processes.

Project management was one of the areas where we had a good experience with Krishang Technolab. We had regular discussions around requirements, progress, testing, and changes. Because the project touched several areas of our business, some requirements naturally became clearer as we saw the product taking shape. The team was generally receptive when we needed to clarify a workflow or make an adjustment. Illustrative timeline outcome: The major development milestones were delivered within the agreed project window, with approximately 90% of planned milestones completed on schedule and the remaining items handled during the final refinement period. What I liked most was that the team did not treat our requests as purely technical tickets. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about Krishang Technolab was their ability to understand the bigger business challenge behind what initially sounded like a mobile app project. It would have been relatively easy to focus only on creating attractive screens and basic shopping functionality. Our requirements were more complicated because the application needed to interact with the reality of physical boutiques, product availability, reservations, tourists, deliveries, and internal operations. I appreciated that the team was willing to look at those connections rather than treating each requirement in isolation. There were also moments during development when we had to think through how a real tourist would use the platform. For example, someone might discover a boutique while planning a trip, look at a product before visiting, check whether it is available, make a reservation, and then continue the shopping process during their visit. Thinking through those scenarios helped us create a much more practical experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Krishang Technolab could have done differently?

If I had to identify an area for improvement, I would say that the project could have benefited from even more detailed documentation during some of the intermediate stages. When several operational workflows are being connected, having every decision and technical dependency documented immediately makes later discussions easier. There were also a few points where additional clarification at the beginning of a feature would have reduced back-and-forth during implementation. These were normal challenges for a project with several moving parts rather than major issues with the team. That said, Krishang Technolab was responsive when these situations came up, and they were willing to make adjustments rather than becoming rigid about the original plan.

Krishang Technolab did not approach the engagement as simply a matter of receiving requirements and developing features. They took the time to understand how our mobility operations worked, who would be using the different systems, and what we ultimately wanted the platform to accomplish. That understanding was reflected in the way they approached the different portals and dashboards. They recognized that an enterprise customer, distributor, internal operations employee, and management user would have very different requirements and expectations. The team therefore focused on making each experience relevant and intuitive rather than trying to force everyone into the same workflow. Their UI/UX capabilities were also impressive. The interfaces were professional, organized, and relatively easy for different user groups to navigate, which was important given the amount of operational information being presented.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Krishang Technolab could have done differently?

Overall, our experience with Krishang Technolab was very positive, and we were satisfied with both the collaboration and the final solution. If I had one recommendation for improvement, it would be to provide even more comprehensive post-deployment training and onboarding sessions immediately after launch. Because the platform included multiple portals, dashboards, and new workflows, larger operational teams could have benefited from additional hands-on training and guided walkthroughs during the initial adoption period. I would also recommend providing more role-specific training materials for different groups of users, such as administrators, distributors, enterprise customers, and internal operations teams. This would make it even easier for organizations with larger teams to adopt the platform consistently.

They designed developed, configured and launched our companies website and back end management system. Once a mutual agreement on costs and goals were reached, Krishang Technolab began working on the wireframes and web design mockups. The operational improvements became evident shortly after adoption because every department was working from the same information.
Maintenance requests reached the appropriate teams much faster, eliminating unnecessary back-and-forth communication and reducing response times. Property managers no longer spent large portions of their day searching for documents or requesting updates from multiple departments because building information, service histories, and tenant communications were all accessible through one platform.
Management reporting also changed considerably. Portfolio performance, outstanding maintenance requests, lease activity, and operational workloads could be reviewed through live dashboards instead of being assembled manually from different reporting systems.
