To begin the project, a discovery document was filled out to provide Kossasoft with a comprehensive understanding of the business, including the company's values, brand personality, target market, and how it generates revenue. Kossasoft used this information to design a website that accurately reflected the company's identity, including font and color choices, as well as website copy.

Once the document was reviewed, Kossasoft conducted a business audit that was split into three parts. The first part focused on UX audit and strategy, which analyzed the brand position and personality, visual aspects of the business, market and audience, website behavior, and SEO. The second part examined target audiences and product usability, including user personas and journeys, and the third part involved competitor research, which identified direct and indirect competitors and their strengths.

After conducting the audits, Kossasoft had a clear understanding of the company's current position and where improvements were needed. The design process began, and Kossasoft provided real-time updates on Figma, allowing for multiple iterations until the desired result was achieved. Despite indecisiveness and difficulty on the client's part, Kossasoft was willing to make changes to ensure a satisfactory end product.
