In parallel, they tied SEO efforts directly to pipeline by optimizing for conversions such as Executive Consultations and building reporting around organic-driven results. The program delivered clear, measurable gains across visibility, rankings, traffic, and conversions. Organic search visibility increased significantly, with overall visibility rising to ~15% (up ~36% period-over-period and ~26% year-over-year), alongside a substantial lift in keyword performance, including a +52% increase in Top 3 rankings (243 → 369) and a +47% increase in Page 1 rankings (913 → 1,345). Organic traffic also showed strong momentum, growing from 7,298 to 13,520 sessions over a one-month period, with continued week-over-week gains despite seasonal fluctuations. Most importantly, these improvements translated into business impact, with organic-driven Executive Consultations rebounding to their strongest quarter since Q1 of the previous year. On the AI side, early AEO efforts drove a +813% increase in AI visibility (0.23% → 2.1%) from February to March, demonstrating traction in emerging search environments and positioning the site for future discovery beyond traditional search.

What stood out most was how strategic and hands-on the team was, especially Brady. Brady didn’t just execute tasks. He consistently connected the work back to business outcomes, helping us think beyond rankings and focus on pipeline and revenue impact. The team brought a strong point of view on where search is going, particularly around AI and AEO, and translated that into practical actions we could implement right away. They were also highly proactive, often bringing new ideas, optimizations, and opportunities before we even asked. That combination of forward-thinking strategy and reliable execution made them feel less like an agency and more like a true partner.

There were very few areas for improvement. The only notable point was at the beginning of the engagement, where we had to proactively request certain data points and reporting views to align with how we track performance internally. Once that was established, the team quickly adapted and consistently delivered the insights and metrics we needed. Beyond that initial alignment, their execution, communication, and responsiveness were strong throughout the partnership.

Our ads had been stable and producing, but our search impression share had us in 5th spot vs. our competitors for the same keywords. We wanted to push our ad spend farther to maximize the amount of inbound pipeline we could generate. 
The project scope included a total refresh of our in-platform Google Ads setup which included new ad copy, as well as a list of recommendations for our landing pages to further help us increase our ad relevance scores.

• We achieved the #1 spot in search impression share vs competitors (by a wide margin)

Really liked their project management approach. We had weekly calls to go through findings and recommendations on both sides, and email messaging throughout the week as needed. Messages were responded to very promptly (felt like messaging internal team members) and everything they communicated was super clear and well-explained. The goal of the project was to have everything running at full-steam by the end of month three and that was delivered with time-to-spare.

Project management has been highly organized, responsive, and proactive. Deliverables have been provided on time, and communication has been consistent and clear. We hold weekly Zoom meetings to review progress, align on priorities, and discuss next steps. Each meeting is followed by detailed email follow-ups, including a recap of completed work and clearly defined goals and targets for the upcoming week.

Kellan has been very engaged in understanding our business, our evolving objectives, and whether we are satisfied with progress. He consistently brings forward new ideas, tests different approaches, and goes above and beyond to ensure alignment with what we are trying to achieve.

Katrine, from Konstruct, is our point of contact and project manager.  She has been extremely diligent and has not only delivered all items on time but has politely pressed our team to provide our deliverables to her team in a timely manner.  Balancing the two is not easy but she does it in a very professional manner.   She is also very flexible and is willing to change course when we realize we may be going down the wrong path.  We consider Katrine part of our team.

Keeping up with the ever-changing world of digital marketing is a process that takes time, so yes, there are areas still to be improved upon but we are happy to continue doing so with Konstructs guidance.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Konstruct Digital has performed a website redesign, SEO services, and PPC campaign management on LinkedIn. We've held discovery meetings for our engagement's text-creating and digital standpoints. The process has included weekly touch-base meetings to ensure both sides are on track and address any roadblocks.

After the initial discovery, they've done the majority of the keyword research; we verify it and make adjustments as needed. Although we've begun our PPC campaigns as a trial on LinkedIn, we're looking into additional campaign services in the future.

Throughout this process, we've worked with 5–6 people at Konstruct Digital. We work most closely with a digital strategist, Sheena, who is in charge of coordinating between our team and her internal team, depending on who's needed, whether it's content-related, graphics, or SEO.

Each area has a different point person. For example, Britt is responsible for most of the content writing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen an increase in website traffic. Since the project is still ongoing, actual results are still unclear. Nonetheless, due to our PPC campaign, we've become visible to companies and people within those companies, to which we wanted to be exposed.

Our annual business review shows that our search visibility has grown by 155%. We've had a 126% increase in non-branded impressions and a 50% increase in tracked keywords in the top 3 Google results. The organic engagement sessions have increased by 133%.

How did Konstruct Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Konstruct Digital communicates very clearly, and expectations are always well set. The team delivers on time or with weekly updates on the status if there are any delays. We primarily use email, Zoom for our weekly touch bases, and Google Drive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Aside from the work they've been doing, Konstruct Digital does a fabulous job. We appreciate the transparency and communication style of their team. They're always listening and refining the project based on the feedback we give, so it's very much a partnership.

We consistently know where we are and have never been left wondering, which is really important when dealing with a project like this.

What stood out most about this marketing company was their strategic approach combined with their creativity and deep understanding of our goals. They didn’t just execute tasks — they took the time to understand our brand, audience, and vision, then translated that into well-thought-out campaigns with measurable impact.  

Their ability to balance data-driven insights with fresh, innovative ideas was especially impressive. They consistently bring creative solutions that align with our objectives while backing them up with solid research and performance metrics.  

Another standout quality was their exceptional communication and collaboration. One area for improvement could be around providing even more data-driven insights and performance analysis throughout the project. While the creative work and strategic planning were strong, more frequent deep dives into campaign metrics and what those numbers meant for our long-term goals would have been helpful.

I’m the operations manager at JSI Manufacturing, a company that manufactures lighting control products.

What challenge were you trying to address with Konstruct Digital?

We previously didn’t have any marketing strategies in place. Konstruct Digital specializes in B2B sales and marketing, and our company doesn’t sell directly to consumers. Thus, we asked for their help with general marketing and website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Konstruct Digital has redesigned our entire website and our branding guidelines, including colors, fonts, and the designs of our products, materials, promotional materials, and social media. Basically, they’ve done a brand refresh. Although they did a lot of drafts for other logos, we ended up keeping our old logo. The team has also developed our website using WordPress, including front- and backend development and hosting. 

Konstruct Digital has also designed our product pages. The team is also developing an SEO strategy for the website, which is being tailored to optimize our SEO. They've done in-depth keyword research and given us a lot of feedback on what would work and what wouldn’t. Their team has given us the opportunity to review those keywords internally as well.

What is the team composition?

We have one project manager as our primary contact. We’ve talked to four other members of their team, and other people are working on things for us in the background.

How did you come to work with Konstruct Digital?

We found them through a Google search. What stood out to us was the type of businesses they did marketing for. They were focused on businesses that did the same things we did, so that was in line with the type of products we have.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $30,000–$50,000 CAD. Currently, we have a retainer with them for SEO work.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around August 2024, and the relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve been super happy with the quality of Konstruct Digital's work. If we look at it strictly from an analytics perspective, we’ve had significantly more website traffic. In some cases, we’ve gone from zero traffic to hundreds of hits. We’re finally seeing the payoff in terms of increased traffic.

We’ve also received a lot of good customer feedback about how our website looks updated. We’re getting a couple of new leads a week on inquiries for dealers, which is generating continued revenue. Now that we're focusing on the SEO, we expect to see a lot more great results moving forward.

How did Konstruct Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been very transparent about the timelines and their process, which includes letting us know about potential delays. If I ask multiple times for a hard deadline, they’ve always been able to provide it. They’ve been awesome at meeting deadlines and staying on budget.

Konstruct Digital uses Fathom AI to send meeting recaps for every one of our meetings so that we can see exactly what we talked about. They also send a follow-up email with the action items and next steps. Additionally, they send a weekly update via email. The team also uses Google Drive to share content for us to review.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Our project manager has been awesome. She’s very responsive and has worked on a few things outside of the normal scope of what we discussed. She’s gone above and beyond and answered every question we've had.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The organization of the project has been impressive. There are a lot of moving pieces, but Konstruct Digital has made it very easy for us. They’ve taken our team, which has had limited exposure to digital marketing, and worked with us in a way that makes sense for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be nice if there was a direct way to view the project management software. They send us a really good analytics dashboard, but it would be helpful if we had something like that to view the whole project.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Define the scope of the project upfront and clearly so you know exactly what you’re getting. We were trying to sort through the website and the marketing at the same time, but we learned that they were completely separate projects. Approach them a little differently from a planning perspective to get the most out of them. Moreover, be prepared on your end and give them the information they need. The more background and data they have to work with, the more effective they can be.
