We were in need of a company that could assist us in the creation of a user-friendly web application, as well as the migration of all of our services to a new technology stack. After careful consideration, we decided to hire Koala 42.

They were brought on board during the early stages of the project to provide design and analysis services, and were responsible for the overall development of the web app. As the project progressed, Koala 42 continued to provide support and maintenance services on a partial basis.

We found it easy to establish clear principles of cooperation for each stage of the delivery process, starting with design, then moving onto the build and any changes that arise during that process, and finally the QA and delivery stage. This approach is in line with agile methodology and is facilitated through a sprint team setup that involves both Koala 42 and our internal teams.

We commissioned KOALA42 to develop an internal database for the administration of holiday tours.

First of all, they came with a good recommendation. The second reason was that in all our coversations, they were very efficient and to-the-point, but still approachable.

Our cooperation relied on regular online or face-to-face meetings over the course of three months. The goal was to map our requirements and then lay out a possible solution.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We changed the way we thought about building a new database, which gave us a significant speed boost, helped us automate processes and minimize potential error rates. Ironically, this different mindset also means we’ll have a lower need of an IT dpt. in the future.

Apart from commonly used communication tools, I appreciated the option to review and comment on work in progress online. This made it easy to include my colleagues in the development process – they could supervise the outcome without having to attend the related meetings.

I think the biggest asset KOALA42 has is that they know how to balance empathy and efficiency in their communication.

Our company is focused to state new products on market. We are preparing background for research, analyze, development and staging new products from different areas of life. I'm CTO and one of the founders.

We had try to find development team for our main mobile app. Our needed was a chat function prepared as a cloud service and made our website work like a native iOS and Android app. We had need help with graphics, UX, server settings and complete service with app start.

After previous experiencies we tried to find a firm with recommendation from one of our business partners. We found 2 firms and after personal meeting we decided for this vendor. One of our deciding factors was style of work - we need agile team with every week meetings and continuosly delivering small goals.

We had two meetings about our goals and after that we delivered our fireframes and decided with development team which type of technology will be used. After that it takes about two weeks for preparing graphics, UX and cloud services like Firebase on Google Cloud. Next one month team worked on solution for chat functionality and few weeks for preparing our website as an iOS and Android mobile app.

We had contact with one project manager and with chief of development. On some meetings we sometimes met other members of the team - like graphic designer, software engineer etc.

After previous experience we was suprised with speed of development. They met the deadlines and our apps was released as they promised. Now we can focus on marketing to promote our mobile apps.

From start we used every week meetings (status reports) with the project manager and the chief of development. Meetings was made online through Google Meet and sometimes face to face. Every week we had feedback and we knew about any problem as soon as possible. They deliver on time and for us it was one of their main advantages.

For me, the team's enthusiasm and on-time delivery were impressive. Mobile app works great and the team was prepared for next expanding of the app. I like every week meetings, because we can see the progress constantly.

Just now I didn't find any.

We were looking for a company that can work according to the assignment, which can change over time. And we have found this by Koala 42.

In the beginning it was every two weeks, now it's weekly, that we have a meeting to discuss. We discuss what we need next in the application and what new things have been already uploaded.

as far as work is concerned, we are talking with the project manager. Regarding the terms we are negotiating with the company owners. A project manager is our main point of contact throughout the process. There are also developers working behind the scenes

We are at least three times faster with order processing. It allows us to take on more orders with the same number of employees. Thanks to the features of the application, we offer to our customers transport options with which they are almost 100% satisfied.

We have weekly meetings with project manager. We use google meet for this meetings. We always discuss what has been done and what needs to be done next. If something goes wrong and it needs to be solved quickly, we call the project manager immediately by phone. Koala 42 team then makes immediate corrections.

Their personal approach and useful communication are impeccable.

We were looking for company with creative young people which have futuristic view at the problem because we have to be always minimum two steps forward from our competitors. We decided for Koala42 from many companies and we're happy with our decision. They are better than we expected.

We built a completely new web platform from the ground up. This platform uses data in combination with our and third-party resources. And for all that, we made a superstructure in the form of a mobile application for Android and Apple. I emphasize that the application displays data at the level of individual users. And to top it all off, they have an above-average design. They even come up with ideas that we haven't even thought of ourselves.

We are in touch with two people and one manager. They always try to do their best and stick to deadlines. They are helpful when we need them. If anything happens they contact us immediately and we always solve the problem together. When we need, they try to assign more people to the project when we have to speed up the project.

Unfortunately, I can't now, we are in the approval process from apple store and google play. In the course of a few weeks, I can give a more detailed updated assessment.

We communicate with the project manager and sometimes directly with the developers when something needs to be clarified and we are pressed for time. We agreed on weekly video calls, which they always kept.

Since we got to know them as a young, smaller company at that time, there was missing project manager. But we accepted about all that. But now the team has grown and everything is as it should be.
