2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

At the start of our collaboration, we already had a website, but it was hosted on a platform that was inconvenient for us: maintaining it was expensive, and making even minor changes was difficult or impossible without involving developers.

Together with the team, we identified a platform that best matched our needs, was easy to use going forward, and was also more cost-effective. On our end, we developed the structure of the new site and handed it over to the team. The developers, in turn, didn't just carry out the assigned tasks — they offered their own solutions, advised us on how best to implement particular elements, and helped us choose the optimal options.

As a result, the team fully developed a new site, both for the web version and for mobile devices.

Key results:

• migrating the site to a platform that's more convenient and cost-effective for us;
• developing a new site in line with the agreed-upon structure;
• adapting the site for mobile devices;
• more convenient options for future editing and making changes;
• collaborative work on solutions and the team's recommendations at every stage.

Overall, this was true teamwork: on our side, we clearly defined the needs and structure, while the development team helped find the best technical solutions. Thanks to that synergy, we got through the process quickly, comfortably, and without unnecessary bureaucracy.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site has become not just an informational resource for our team, but a full-fledged platform of grant opportunities for Ukrainian businesses. It's regularly used by entrepreneurs looking for up-to-date funding opportunities, who navigate to the pages of specific grant programs.

Each month, the site consistently gets 10 000+ impressions, and individual pages featuring grant opportunities account for over 200 clicks. We reliably get several clients coming in through the site.

At the same time, the site also works as a client-acquisition tool for our team: we consistently receive service inquiries through it. In other words, it simultaneously serves an informational function for entrepreneurs and generates real business leads for us — which, for us, is one of the key measures of the project's success.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was clear and comfortable for us. The team stuck to the agreed-upon deadlines, responded promptly to our requests, and took our edits and preferences into account throughout the work.

Importantly, the team didn't just complete the assigned tasks — they also proposed optimal solutions of their own whenever they saw that a certain element could be implemented more conveniently or effectively.

Communication was fast and clear — we always got answers to our questions and understood what stage the work was at. Even after the main phase of collaboration wrapped up, the team stays in touch: if we need to change or refine something on the site, we can reach out and get help. Overall, all agreements were met on time, and the collaboration itself was organized without unnecessary bureaucracy or delays.

What was your primary form of communication with Koala Masters?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was the team's involvement in the project. They didn't just carry out our tasks — they dug into our needs, offered their own solutions, and were genuinely invested in making sure we ended up with a truly convenient, high-quality site.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Koala Masters could have done differently?

At the time the site was built, everything was well organized, so we can't point to any significant areas for improvement. Later on, we had a need to change some of the site's features and admin panel settings — and the team promptly made all the necessary adjustments. That's exactly why we continue working with them and come to them with new tasks.

How many teammates from Koala Masters were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

For over two years now, the Koala Masters team has provided full support for our website. At the start, the team was responsible for SEO (basic on-page optimization, including writing meta tags and SEO texts), as well as launching and managing Google Ads campaigns to attract clients from the US.
Later, when we began facing regular and fairly sophisticated hacking attempts, the agency also took on technical security: promptly detecting attacks, restoring the site, and configuring protection — which ultimately stabilized the resource even under the heaviest load.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We'd especially like to highlight their work on security. During one large-scale attack, the load on the site reached around 370 million requests per hour (up to 2 billion per day), simulating tens of thousands of users, with the attack run simultaneously from five countries using hundreds of different IP addresses. Despite this, the team fully restored and stabilized the site, and it remains available and fully operational.
On top of that, over more than two years of collaboration, we've received a steady flow of inquiries from the US market thanks to SEO and well-configured Google Ads campaigns. In the first year of on-page SEO — without buying any external links — organic traffic grew from practically zero to around 200 visitors per month, which is a very strong result for a complex B2B project.
The advertising also showed positive momentum: during one of its most effective periods, the number of conversions in the Canadian market increased by 197%.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Fast, professional, and high-quality communication. In emergencies - like on a Saturday evening — the director personally stepped in to resolve issues (during an attack). All processes followed the approved schedules and plans. Complete transparency and clarity when launching the PPC campaigns.

What was your primary form of communication with Koala Masters?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Well-structured documents. Since filling a bilingual website with 30 separate services requires a lot of information, I genuinely consider the documents - along with the links inside them - to be one of a kind. Both of their working files and presentation documents are works of art.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Koala Masters could have done differently?

I don't think so

How many teammates from Koala Masters were assigned to this project?

6-10 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The collaboration involved a comprehensive website upgrade. The team created a new design from scratch in line with the updated brand guidelines and gradually implemented the front-end and development of new pages without interrupting the site’s operation. They also implemented basic SEO after the domain change and launched targeted advertising campaigns on Meta. It’s also worth highlighting the shift in our lead generation approach through the introduction of quizzes, which helped improve the quality of incoming inquiries. As a result of this complex approach, we saw a noticeable increase in website traffic, especially considering the niche is relatively small and specific.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The key project outcomes are reflected in the growth of core performance metrics. In particular, after launching the updated website and advertising campaigns, traffic increased by 188.6%. We also saw an improvement in both the quantity and quality of inquiries due to the implementation of quizzes, which positively impacted conversion rates and lead generation efficiency. It is also worth noting that the advertising strategy was built around two main goals: increasing social media followers and generating leads. On average, we were able to generate up to 10 leads per reporting period at an average cost of $4.52. Considering the specifics of the B2B segment and the niche nature of the market, this is a strong performance indicator, as such leads tend to have higher quality and better potential for further cooperation. Overall, the advertising campaigns, aligned with a seasonal media plan, ensured stable reach (over 100,000 users) and attracted a relevant target audience, demonstrating the effectiveness of the chosen strategy.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was well-structured and consistent. The redesign and development of new pages were carried out gradually, taking all details into account. The team carefully considered our requirements and responded promptly to any changes or additional requests.

What was your primary form of communication with Koala Masters?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was their flexibility and willingness to implement changes gradually in line with our updated brand guidelines. Rather than just executing tasks, the team contributed to the long-term development of our product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Koala Masters could have done differently?

We are satisfied with both the results and the team’s approach to the project. However, we see significant potential for further growth and improvement.

The project involved a complete upgrade of our online store: migrating from OpenCart 2 to OpenCart 3 in line with a new Figma-based design. The team successfully transferred the entire customer and order database, implemented a complex discount and loyalty system, and set up product, pricing, stock, customer, and order synchronization with our internal ERP system.

At the same time, they carried out technical SEO improvements, built a comprehensive semantic core for the entire catalog, and began phased on-page and off-page optimization. In addition, Google Ads campaigns were launched for priority seasonal categories, alongside ongoing optimization of our Google Business profile.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the first month after implementing these comprehensive changes, we saw measurable growth across key metrics: the number of B2B contacts and warehouse visits increased significantly, while requests for wholesale pricing rose by 32%. The website was further enhanced with multilingual and multi-currency functionality to support expansion into the European market. The team also implemented and launched an email marketing system with automated triggers, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The project’s success is measured by the number of product sales generated through the website. Organic traffic increased by 39%, while revenue from this channel grew by 70%.
