The challenging aspect of the website development was combining its representative role for business partners with e-commerce functions for retailers and end-consumers. Additionally, the design had to be unique, created from scratch, not adapted from a template. Our management board had many ideas and edits during the design phase, and in the end, we were pleased with the creative and UX-friendly outcome from the web development phase.

Regarding the Google Ads launch, after almost a year of running, we achieved a 19% engagement rate with professionally tailored campaigns of various types, including a masterfully programmed product feed for Google Merchant for all product variations. In our request to Koala Masters we have a slowly working website with a lot of technical issues within - product management, navigational and structural problems and absence of On-Page SEO. We wanted a well-functioning website, and further both PPC (including social media) and SEO promotion as well. The website should have been UI/UX friendly, fast with correct assortment management with inner storage database linking as we have a lot of offline stores in different cities. In its turn PPC promotion had to have a versatile management due to a lot of seasonal short-term sales of specific categories.
As the result we get:

First, there was a prototyping stage, when the developers and I agreed on the layout of all pages for the desktop and mobile versions. Then they started creating the design - this is the longest stage, which took almost a month. It was necessary to reflect the spirit of the brand, which had already been created over the years of the brand's existence, on the website. Then all pages were completed and programmed. The whole project - 3 months of work (including revisions).
