I am CEO of Klokbox, we are a digital will writing service based in Ireland that are currently moving our offline business to be a cloud based app enabled platform.

Our single greatest challenge has been trying to figure out a technology that both complies with all of the legal aspects of will generation and encourages user engagement in a market fraught with apathy and procrastination.

We approached Kmphitech initially to try to understand the UI and UX of what we were proposing. Kalpesh Kotadiya immediately embraced the concept of what we were trying to achieve and proposed alternative approached which eventually led to a solution that was totally 'outside the box' thinking.

What were your goals for this project?

To design a concept, we were not sure at the outset whether it should be website or app, that would be legally binding but would overcome the industry wide apathy to traditional will writing. We were looking for something that would promote user engagement and would try to bring disruption to an otherwise stale industry.

We trolled widely over various platforms, we interviewed a few companies on freelancer sites and were eventually won over by the concept of thinking deeply and out of ordinary which Kmphitech proposed. Our selection process was divided into phased that began with concept analysis, only then did we look at design.

Though a process of true brainstorming this company has leveraged on their vast knowledge of technology and we have explored deeply into the challenges and concepts that were available.

Their experience brought us to a much more psychological approach than we would otherwise have considered. The UX we have produced in world class, imaginative and is conceptually game changing for our industry.

What was the team composition?

The company I understand comprises a team of 35, I have worked with 5 of these in various departments, concept, design, UX UI, coding, however my team has always been managed exclusively by Kalpesh.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have produced a product that will shake up our industry for good, parts of our technology are now trademarked, The UX is super cool and we are very confident of this world class product. Currently in advanced beta testing and we anticipate a high viral co-efficiency.

Always efficient, highly effective communicators and deeply responsible to interim deadlines. They were always very aware of the connection between marketing, messaging and launch deadlines.

Communication, intelligence, the ability to think laterally and deeply, their willingness to explore new ideas.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They are a growing company, recently moved to new and improved offices and are building a lovely team, there are always areas that struggle but I sense that Kalpesh has enough experience to manage this growth effectively.

I am the founder & CEO of Homey. Homey is a new platform that helps landlords and tenants search, explore and connect through an application.

We do not have any background within the software development skills in my team, which is the reason why we collaborated with Kmphitech to start developing our mobile application.

What were your goals for this project?

The goals of this project was to create an easy and a new, simple and minimalistic user experience for landlords and tenants when searching for a new home.

The various platforms within the market in Denmark does not have a intuitive search process, which we wanted to optimize with Homey.

I had a meeting with 5-10 different but experienced developers, online. The reason why I chose Kmphitech was not only because I felt most confident about them but also the fact that they include you in every process and challenge that this specific project can and will face.

Our project was based on four pillars/phases.

1. Creation of design
2. Creation of app (beta version)
3. 50% of the app developed
4. Last 50% developed

Daily and weekly contact with the team. We had the opportunity to give feedback through each phase and processes.

Our mobile project is not yet out on the market for our customers.

The communication was good and we had the opportunity to do feedback sessions and meetings.

Their workforce and how quickly they finish their tasks.

I would say, that Kmphitech have done a great job and that they should continue their good work. No improvement needed at this time.

I am the founder and CEO of Bless, a mobile application where users can share any need they have and people can offer to help.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kmphasis Infotech?

I needed them to develop my mobile app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They turned my design into a functioning cross-platform application. They built a communication platform that allows users to chat with each other and join groups. They implemented an optional private setting on these groups that also allows private communication between users. Optional search filters can be applied such as radius or a specific category. A review system was added to ensure confidence and trust between requests.

How did you come to work with Kmphasis Infotech?

I looked at different companies but, at the end of the day, it came down to who was most responsive. They were transparent, which was important to me because I don't have any experience in app development. They were straightforward with me on any question I asked which led me to move forward with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2018 and the project is currently ongoing.

We have over 1,000 downloads and have received all great feedback from users who liked it.

How did they perform from a project management standpoint?

They have been really good, especially when unexpected bugs or challenges come up; they always take the time to figure out how to fix it. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are trustworthy, reliable, and dependable. They work as hard as they possibly can to bring our vision alive. They support me and are available 24/7. I have pitched them ideas and they never say no and figure out how to make it happen. I couldn’t review them highly enough.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There is always room for improvement. In the beginning, I thought our communication could have been better, but they were quick to fix that. I was notified in advance about their holiday schedule, but I would have like to been notified a little earlier. Anytime I addressed a concern with them, it never repeated.

From the start to finish we have series of the meeting at each and every stage, they first deliver us with android app and after few testing from our side they made it available app in the market during the time we were testing they came up with IOS app, during the process team of Kmphitech LLP always comes up with new ideas and during testing they were responsive.

Project manager with team involving leads front end and backend, I was in contact with both leads, they both show ups in all meetings so that we don’t need to repeat anything.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within the few months we were able to see noticeable outcomes as our sales went high, our lead conversion ratio almost tripled as the sales reps were easily able to track previous leads and check notes on the clients.

We mostly got connected through teams, the project manager was easy to talk and approachable for any task we think of, many times we went with scratch idea and they came up with great solution, Delivery was on time.

Both the leads having very good knowledge and skills on application development, they always tried to take feedback from the meeting and improved the UX of the application.

Not much I am happy with overall development.

Developing a complete platform is no small task, but Kmphitech's team masters all the required skills and performs quality work on time.

As a startup we could always wish for even faster deliveries, but what we get from Kmphitech is already beyond expectations so that wouldn't be fair to ask for.

We required a Web site to streamline manage multiple stakeholder approvals for our internal process. They used ReactJS for the front-end and PHP Laravel for the back end development.

We worked with a team of 6 people that included a Designer, front-end developers, PHP developers, testers and a project manager.

We had our approval processes streamlined for quicker workflow and reduced bottlenecks by 80%.
