Initially Hired on Klientboost back in 2015-2016 to help us with the marketing strategy for Google AdWords. The original scope was to grow unit count and ROAS with a limited budget. KlientBoost crushed it on Google Ads so we opened up the contract to include Facebook, Twitter, and a few other platforms. Since 2019 they have worked side by side with us in these spaces and we have collectively grown them X,XXX% KlientBoost has been paramount in the growth rate of our business.

Basically, the unit count and ROAS. With the success we have found with KlientBoosts aid we have been able to more than quadruple our ad spend across multiple Ad platforms.

The scope of the work entailed campaigns that spanned across Google Ads, Reddit, and Meta. For Google Ads, we looked at search, display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns. The search campaigns entailed both brand and non-brand campaigns, focusing on our various verticals. Additionally, we incorporated Dynamic Search Ads. 

Our display campaigns covered a host of various topics that fell in line with our verticals, and our YouTube ads, in part, featured videos off of our actual YouTube channel. Our Reddit campaigns focused on top-of-funnel and awareness concerns, highlighting our various niches. Our Meta campaigns were subdivided in top-of-funnel, middle-of-funnel, and bottom-of-funnel campaigns, driving goals relating to awareness, engagement, and re-engagement, respectively. 

Additionally, we did utilize a DPA campaign for our MOFU efforts.

Some measurable outcomes from the project that depict our success would be how we are tracking very close to the internal CPA that we have set, increases in engaged sessions, increases in auction bids, and overall contribution to revenue and GMV.

Yes, project management delivered all of the necessary items in a very timely manner! Our team was extremely responsive and receptive, addressing all of our needs and concerns. Communication was clear and consistent, allowing my team to remain informed at all times. Our campaigns were always launched on time and they were routinely and consistently monitored.
