I am CCO in a company that sells a software tool for contact centers. Our tool is marketed throughout LATAM, reaching large industries in the region.

For what projects/services did your company hire KDSoft, and what were your goals?

We contacted KDSoft for an internal project, whose main objective was to improve our clients' expertise in customer service processes. Thanks to the involvement and commitment of KDSoft, both from consulting and software development, we were able to develop an incident management tool, and operational and managerial control panels in order to meet the proposed objectives.

KDSoft came to us many years ago, and has been a great technological partner, since its way of working complements the quality standards of our projects. I believe that their dynamics, responsibility and, above all, their commitment to the objectives, was the key to selecting them as suppliers.

In the first instance, we approached a stage of surveys, where the objectives of the project were included. Then we prioritized the basic functionalities that should be considered for the MVP, and based on that, KDSoft presented the work plan, which included the software deliveries working to start testing as a user.

The plan included possible deviations, which helped us to have realistic dates that helped the project finish within the acceptable deadlines that we had as a goal. After the delivery and production of the MVP, we continue with the rest of the stages. We can consider the project as successful in all aspects.

We work with a PM, 2 developers, 1 designer, and a QA.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since the objectives were reflected in the surveys, and the project included the necessary improvements to see the improvements in our processes, it was easy to quickly see our deviation points to be able to adjust them.

During 2022, we improved our response times, the number of iterations per ticket, and we reduced the incidence of errors since we were able to start segmenting frequent errors, providing an early solution. Both the application developed and the operating panels work correctly, and are the basis of our continuous improvement.

Our point of contact was always the PM, and in some instances the development team was involved. We maintained communication through slack, follow-up tasks were carried out by Jira, and they presented us with a general report monthly. The few delays that there were were always reported in advance.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The human quality and the commitment of the team to the project were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think a point of improvement could be post implementation communication. Since after finishing the project, we did not have a clear point of contact for incidents or support. of course there was always a response, but maybe a help desk might be a better option.

Interview process with various potential vendors. Compared prices and quality of proposal. The team understood the scope of the project better than other vendors and pricing structure made more sense.

Ongoing iterative development that kicked off with a ideation calls. From there we've held regular refinement meetings and fortnightly sprint review meetings. The key deliverable is the TraffiQ web app itself and its ongoing improvement in capability/functionality.

Varying teams size of around 8 individuals. My main contact with Sabrina, the project's Product Owner.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The TraffiQ web app has greatly increased Mobsta's ability to communicate their offering. This is mostly done in the form of live demos of the app to clients and RTBs (response to briefs) - where screengrabs are used from TraffiQ to provide insights and illustrate the targeting plan of a campaign. This has increased Mobsta's ability to convert brief to booking (revenue).

The project management style is Agile/Scrum. The communication tools used are primarily Slack and email as well as Google Hangout calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their wealth of experience delivering on similar projects is amazing. Ability to recruit where needed to meet the demands of the project - access to huge talent resource. Incredibly friendly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

More ongoing visibility as to the projects status and the work ongoing. More emphasis on the metrics we are optimising to work towards.

We wanted to develop a mobile app that would match users with cryptocurrencies with a tinder-like approach. The goal was to expedite crypto adoption by creating a fun product that people are familiar with and associate it with crypto.

I knew the team from LinkedIn while searching for people to connect with and they stood out from the crowd with their professional approach.

The scope of work was to create a mobile App (Android & iOS). The first step was the Workshop where we and the team have a 2-week period where we brainstormed about the project and identified all possible scenarios to create a working MVP and the best possible UI/UX for the users. After that, there will be sprints that would last for 1-2 weeks where KDSoft will do the development until completion.

We had 3 resources from the vendor's team including the Project Manager, UI / UX, and Application team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The most helpful step was the Workshop where we were able to identify all the necessary features we needed to build the product. With that, we were able to narrow down all the needed features into the must-haves and good-to-haves.

The project management style is amazing and probably the most organized team I've ever worked with. The timing and communication tools are all impeccable.

They were very professional and gave ownership of the product as if it were their own.

For us it would just be venturing into crypto further to expand their expertise in the field.

Due to contract restrictions KDS was assigned with the digitalization of procedures and their proper integration with a customized web page only. The backoffice however was not under their scope. As of today we have digitalized 9 procedures working correctly as well as the neccesary web page. It is expected for us to complete 2 more procedures before deadline. As secondary developments we have been able to build customized solutions for unforseen issues along the way, which has been a great additive

As many other projects we have been "blessed" with a product in constant change and develpment. In spite of this, we have been able to work on schedule and reach consistently the intended workload for each sprint. Furthermore, we haven't needed to stop or rearrange the sprintsas they were developing aside from two opportunities, which the team managed to resolve accordingly

They are able to understand the business and bring cohesive and relevant solutions and possible escenarios regarding some of the decisions made along the way. This particular bussiness is quite complex therefore having understanding developers makes the work flow smoother

Along the way we had to replace the PM with the assigned BA, which in itself has not been a problem at all, yet it may have over burdened the new PM by double tasking
