When we first gave KInematic Digital our specifications for the new website, they sent it to us along with a selection of WordPress themes from the Astra template collection. After that, we scheduled a meeting with a number of our organization's members to select one of those templates.

Once we selected a template, KInematic Digital took a look at our old website and saw how it would work on the new template we chose. After that, they began working on building the new website using the template we chose. The new website was created and built by KInematic Digital, who then presented it for approval. The modifications we desired might be made.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We don't have any results yet because, although the website is complete, it hasn't been launched. We're still waiting for the website to be on the correct server.

As for the quality of KInematic Digital's work, it was great. We didn't have issues with the changes, and overall, there weren't a lot of changes. Their work was very consistent, and they've been very quick at making quick tweaks here and there.

Kinematic Digital met all deadlines and stayed on budget. We communicated mainly via Google Meet.

KInematic Digital was very helpful. For example, when we started this project, we were having a couple of issues with our old website. We were unable to get in touch with the provider that was in charge of that website since they retired. What impressed us, though, was KInematic Digital's willingness to assist us in maintaining the functionality of the previous website while the new one was being developed. They offered excellent assistance.

Kinematic Digital did very well, so I don't have any particular areas of improvement.

Our website was designed and developed with assistance from the Kinematic team. They began by defining our target market through user research and provided us with buyer personas. After that, we collected the study results and worked as a team to construct the website using our first web template.

Our website was created using Shopify by the Kinematic team, who customized the original design to appeal to our target market and include the features and functionality we asked for. In order to guarantee branding consistency across all of our platforms, they have also moved material from our old website to the new one and mirrored the new site look on our other communication channels.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The UI/UX and functionality of the website have already been much improved by Kinematic, and we're still working with them on final implementations. The Kinematic team has taught us a lot about website creation and given invaluable creative solutions. 

Our website was cumbersome and challenging to use before to collaborating with Kinematic. We have not seen any issues, and the website now appears more contemporary and user-friendly. They have significantly aided our advancement in the field.

We've been delighted to collaborate with Kinematic. They have been receptive, open-minded project managers who have heard our ideas and offered valuable advice. The team has continuously produced work on schedule; we have convened via Zoom and Microsoft Teams and managed projects using Google Workspace.

The project was a mobile application for restaurant reviews by professional critics. Initially, we built the project requirements for this end client. We also had the primary wireframes because we did an analysis during the requirement gathering. 
We provided the wireframes and most of the screens to Kinematic, and they worked closely with us. First, the team worked on the branding and logo. After we approved that, our client approved the guidelines. 

Kinematic implemented the brand and added more screens. Ultimately, they gave us two options: one for the light mode and one for the dark mode. We used Figma for wireframes.

The app hasn’t been launched yet, but the end client feedback was really positive.

We had a tight deadline, so Kinematic had to change their workflow. Instead of having an iterative process, we had meetings for 2–3 hours to give them live feedback on the design. They shared the screen using Google Meet, and we gave them feedback regarding every point.

Their flexibility to accommodate our tight deadline was impressive. Moreover, they understood our cultural differences.  Kinematic picked the colors and fonts to achieve the end client’s goal.

It was a short-term project, so we had no points to improve. We can find something when we work on an extended project; we plan to do a bigger project with them.
